We stayed here for two nights, one as we arrived in Naples and then again at the end of our trip as it's nice and close to the airport. Lovely hotel, the reception was very helpful with giving us directions and helping organise us a taxi on our return stay. There is a pizza place and a restaurant just round the corner that are both open till late. However, on our return stay, it was a Sunday and as we walked over to the pizza place we realised everything was closed. Luckily for us, the restaurant just further up the road took pity and let us in specially feeding us lasagna! The only flaw we had was with the public transport, we tried to catch the 191 bus from the stop nearby. After waiting almost 3 hours, we gave up and walked to the city centre. So I would advise just booking a taxi! Overall, I would highly recommend!

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Aircon and shower were working. Check in was easy and smooth. Allowed earlier check in. Reception staff took time to explain the important exit route when there was no counter service for checking out. Great job! Daily cleaning and change of towels. Nearby ,there is a cafe, tt serves awesome pastry and coffee, a pizza outlet tt wood fired the pizzas. Affordable and friendly services.

The location and the bus system. There are many bus service and a tram service. These are constant and stable. But we are confused with the change of timing for arrival and departure.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly, helpful very organised assisted with our travels bookings of taxi🚕. Bar you could drink as much as you wanted so kids enjoyed hot chocolate etc

No shuttle bus as it's out skate of town, no kitchen or microwave, restaurant closed by closes early no restaurants close by. That's the down side of it.

The inside of the hotel was super, very clean. The hotel is situated in an industrial part of Naples. The room was large and clean and the beds were comfortable.

We asked at reception for a tea and coffee. The gentleman brought us a tray with two drinks on. Later we went down again and asked a different gentleman who said that coffee wasn't available until the morning! The area isnt nice for walking around however there is the most fabulous trattoria Alfredos just down the street. Its very authentic and the food was amazibg. Well worth a visit!

The hotel had a nice, clean reception area. The host was welcoming, friendly and helpful.

It was a bit away from the airport and the city centre. No bar or restaurant. The rooms were pleasant and comfortable, with good air conditioning. The hotel was quiet, and we got a great night's sleep.

The hotel was nice, people nice, beds comfy, good free coffee, nice food locally. Close to bus stop. Good value for money

The area isn't the nicest but was still safe and close enough to the city on different public transports.

Very close to the airport, convenient for a late arrival and if you don't want to go into Naples. It was very clean, comfortable and affordable. The room size was also bigger than most.

No breakfast option but there was free coffee and biscuits in the lobby.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable! The owner was ready to help with anything! It was very quiet and peaceful! The help with the taxi was a big help!

Very close to Napoli airport! Everything was great! I recommend it !

Clean, fresh, nice staff.

Air condition seemed to kick off and didn’t start again until early the next morning so I was too hot to sleep. The bed was too firm for me but it was clean and fresh. You asked about breakfast. I was told no breakfast offered so I didn’t experience that but I left at 7:30 am

Clean, comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Area has good transport links to central Napoli and feels safe. Good access to shops and food nearby as well. Air conditioning was appreciated as it was 40 degrees outside for our entire trip.
