The setting is amazing. If you like countryside you'll love this place. Directly opposite the hotel is Hartlebury Common, great for walking your dog. I liked the fact the hotel accepted dogs. The bed is comfy and the wet room is lovely especially the shower.

I didn't realise you had to tell the hotel you had a dog with you and would assign you to a specific dog friendly room upon arrival, although since we'd already checked in to our 'regular' room the staff didn't move us, which was lovely. When we got into our room in the evening of 23. 4.25, it was actually quite chilly and no heater in the room and the radiators off. The furniture looks a bit worn too.

I know this lovely Hotel well as lived in this area for 18 years and was a regular at the Gym and the Hotel itself.Always a great favourite with family and friends. I loved how clean the it all was abut found some ares in need of freshening up with paint especially bathroom doors in bedrooms also the swimming pool hallway from the Hotel needs a lot of work and new carpet. I loved the comfortable beds and lovely fresh towels the Staff where very helpful Lovely breakfast and served very quickly. Breakfast was finish at 9 am most Hotels normally finish at 10 am as this is early only corporate guests would want to rush down and finish early not so much people on holiday . I still love staying here and will be back again but it would be first class stay again with just a few improvements.

I stay here regularly. The hotel is very well placed, easy to find, clean, comfortable, staff are very freindly and helpful and plenty of car parking.

Check in can be slow and due to a lack of staff, I had to wait for some time as someone else was checking in when I arrived. I didnt have breakfast on this occasion, but have commented on previous reviews that this can also involve long waits for staff to realise that you are there to then seat you. Also, no fresh juice is available as this has been replaced with a machine that delivers sickly sweet, artificial liquid. There really is no excuse for not having actual fruit juice with a £17.50 hotel breakfast.

Lovely hotel, comfortable and clean room with everything you need for an overnight stay. Pool was good, 5 year old had a great time in there. The food was also very nice. All of the staff were absolutely lovely and made us feel welcome and lovely to talk to. Thank you so much for a lovely time :)

A blanket in the room would have been nice as it was a little chilly, but not enough to be uncomfortable. It was also a little confusing to get into the pool but was quickly sorted.

Very comfortable bed and spacious room with lovely ensuite. Breakfast was pleasant. Swimming pool was decent size, warm and a good facility when it rained. All staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Great as base for exploring area, including the lovely city of Worcester.

Breakfast could have had a few more options, eg more fresh fruit, granola, but otherwise a decent help-yourself cooked and pastry/toast selection on offer. Located close to town and steam railway, which made for a wonderful day out, as well as tge fabulous Havington Hall with its 7 priest hides, but not close to any walkable paths which would have been perfect.

The environment is serene and well-maintained. We have greatly appreciated the ambiance throughout our stay. The quality of the room justifies the investment made.

I would like to express my concern regarding the location's accessibility. It is somewhat distant, and there are no public transportation options available in the vicinity. Thank you for considering this feedback.

Been using this hotel for over 7 years as an easy stop over for a family trip to stourport and the area. Always found it a great hotel and staff can’t fault it especially when on a deal

Having to now pay for the swimming pool facilities is a rare thing in any day and age and something that’s recently been brought to the table at this hotel, I can’t say I like to pay on top of the room cost for a family but the opportunity to take a did outweighs the bump in the road on the whole experience

The family room had good size beds for 4 people. Clean and comfortable. The pool was a very good feature.

We had to wait quite a while to check in as reception staff member was serving in the bar, The dinner was not good. Most of the items we wanted were unavailable and then food items were brought out at different times and all of them after a very long delay. The food was good when it eventually arrived - but having it all at once would have been good.
