Two gentlemen who welcomed us were super friendly and delivered outstanding customer service. The room was comfortable with plenty of ventilation and light, with an excellent large screen TV and tea and coffee for the morning. The breakfast was lovely. We had the omelette and some toast, and they were delicious. The beer and wine selection is great too, and it's a shame we arrived late when checking in as we'd have tried some of the food on the evening menu as it looks great too. I highly recommend hotel and pub on the outskirts of Worcester that we'll most definitely come back to again. 10/10

Nothing, it was fab.

We stayed here for 2 nights, our first time staying. It was the best customer service we have been given by any hotel/restaurant that we have ever been to. All staff can not do enough for you. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. The restaurant is a credit to them. I have tried curries all over the country, and the curry here is one of the best I've ever eaten, so much so that we ate in for a curry both nights. We will be back next year, so we can work our way through the menu and will recommend it to everyone we know. Thank you to all the team for a wonderful stay, the greatest indian food, and a fantastic English breakfast.

The staff here were good in their initial communications and the high level of service continued to the arrival where I was able to see the leaking well itself and was shown to my room. The level of service and attentiveness shown by all staff on arrival, for my evening meal and at breakfast was commendable. One of the staff was even on their first day, but you'd not have known. Room was as expected and overall the stay was good value for money. Convenient for the evening meal and breakfast was perfectly cooked.

The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. I was lucky enough to get upgraded from a single to a double room. Location was convenient. Lovely views of the Worcestershire countryside from my window on the back of the building. Staff couldn't do enough to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Enjoyed the cooked breakfast and especially the evening meal. Order the paratha with your curry - you won't be disappointed!

The room suffered from noise until gone 11pm both nights. I believe it was water pipe noise associated with the kitchen. If I'm going to be picky, I was disappointed the bar had run out of HPA (the only draught bitter).

Stopped off here on the way from the North East heading to Torquay. We were met by a happy courteous member of staff who showed us the famous Leaking well and he even had some change on hand to help us to make a wish. The rooms were clean and tidy, the shower was nice and hot. The evening meal in the restaurant was delicious and very well cooked and presented as was the Breakfast the following morning accompanied by lovely strong coffee. I really could not fault this place and would stop off again next time we are heading to the South West.

The accommodation was comfortable, reasonably priced, and the shower was very good. Breakfast was included and plentiful. We have booked to stay again.

The staff gurmeet and Karin where excellent hosts nothing was to much trouble , room was great and clean , evening food was excellent, breakfast was amazing, al in all great place with an historic well in the middle of the hotel

From the initial greeting when we arrived, to helping us with our luggage, everything was exceptional. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was exactly what was requested (a disable friendly room), plenty of space to move around with a beautiful clean en-suite shower room and very comfortable beds. There was even a fridge in the room, so we could keep our milk cool. The food was fabulous, lovely large portions, beware when ordering a starter to share, it’s a meal in itself, and we couldn’t finish it, so our hosts kindly said we could have our main course the next evening. The special biryani is to die for. All in all it really made my birthday weekend that little bit extra special. So thank you to everyone. It won’t be the last time I stay here that’s for sure!

Nothing, it was perfect, there wasn’t anything you could find fault with.

Just off the A449 with easy access to M5. Petrol station next door fairly priced fuel. The Leaking Well provided a warm reception from a very friendly host. Nice little bar with good selection of beverages and Indian cuisine . My second visit and I’ll be back again. A great resting place on my motorcycle tours. At this price point it is exceptional value for money. The dinner was delicious and my breakfast was excellent too. Sadly I forgot the hosts name, but he was charming and his staff were friendly and helpful. I had a nice room, which was well prepared and fresh. Good car park for motorbikes tucked away out of view around the back, or under your room window at the side if you prefer that as an option.

Bit of road noise with the windows open but not an issue. I slept very well.

The bedroom was large, airy and very well appointed. We asked for quiet room and we were given the ‘best room’! The staff were very accommodating and helpful. A glass of water given as soon as we arrived. (It was a very hot day}!

A steep narrow staircase to the upstairs, no lift. However, our cases were carried up for us. The decor was a little dark downstairs. The menu was completely Indian food, which my husband does not eat. On request a reduced but adequate English menu was given.
