The breakfast was exquisite. They had so many choices on the menu that it was hard to decide. The croissants were the best I have ever tasted, and that includes Paris. The eggs cooked to perfection every time, the kippers delicious. We decided to have dinner, and I had the pumpkin soup, which was off the charts good, my husband started with the escargot bourguignon that he says were the best he had tasted, we had sole and lamb, which were both cooked perfectly, again better than the French was boule de pain served with marmite house made butter. How can you improve upon perfection, unless it is served impeccably with a smile.

There was nothing they could have improved upon, even calling our taxis

When we arrived Barbara the proprieter greeted us and was very friendly and welcoming, as were all the staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated throughout. Our room was very cosy and the bed was very comfortable. We only had breakfast but it was fresh and plentiful with plenty of choice. They have an award winning restaurant and understand from other guests that the food was exceptional. The chef is Barbara's husband and joint proprieter. We will not hesitate to stay at this hotel in future and will book the evening meal next time.

The hotel lies in a beautiful location in Greater Malvern and it is in an ideal spot for anyone wanting to access the hills. We stayed in the Bishop Suite and the accommodation was extremely comfortable and spacious with great views over the well maintained gardens. A number of bars and restaurants were only a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

We stayed on a Sunday night when the much acclaimed restaurant was closed (we did know this in advance). We will definitely return when the restaurant is open.

We booked this as a very last minute get away! My goodness it was just so lovely! Beautiful Victorian building & stunning grounds,we were welcomed with a huge smile! Our room was just perfect,it was part of the old Library that the Bishop of Worcester used to frequent,as he lived in the building back in the 1800's. Breakfast was delicious & the staff are so attentive & friendly. We will definitely be staying again! Thankyou!

Nothing not to like!

Beautiful settings. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. I needed a plug as I rarely travel with one now most hotels have USB plugs, the hotel stock plenty and I was able to charge my phone. Quiet and lovely view of a beautiful gardens.

Parking is at a premium but you can park free on the road outside. Little disappointed in the breakfast as I was expecting great things.

Absolutely lovely hotel and staff couldn't do enough for you properly. One of the best hotels I've ever stopped at cant work out how they make it pay well done 100% would recommend to anyone

Nothing all fantastic

Booked at last minute without checking too much on facilities. Upon arrival learnt about their award winning L'amuse-Bouche restaurant which was an added bonus to our stay and first visit to Malvern

Great location, comfortable room, very friendly staff, sufficient spaces for parking, so could not fault.

Full of character. Excellent restaurant. The evening meal was very good, as was breakfast. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful.

The bedroom and bathroom needs updating. There was a very small old tv and the controller didn’t work well. The bathroom felt old fashioned. And the wifi didn’t work in our room. Felt like it was in a time warp and needs some investment

Location of the hotel was great for town centre and nearby hills. The restaurant was excellent - highly recommended. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not so keen on the electric shower in our ensuite - the water flow rate was pretty poor. Our bathroom bin hadn't been emptied after the previous occupants.

It was an elegant stay. I could not make breakfast one morning so I was given a tray. Breakfast was made with quality food. There were small touches such as a make up removing flannel that I enjoyed. The outside space was great too given the warm weather. There was a piano room too.
