I had a lovely time, arrived a bit early but they allowed me into a grab a drink from the bar while my room was being made ready. The facilities as ever were clean and well maintained and my room was nice. Had dinner and breakfast and both were well made and delicious. Had a male facial treatment and Katelyn did a great job, even with my craggy face, would happily go back for another one. I had done a long walk around the Malverns just before this and really was a nice recovery break after.

Great and convenient location close to Worcester. Very clean property with plenty of parking. Excellent welcome from reception on check in. The room was a great size and surprisingly quiet. Shower was great. Breakfast room service was lovely, with a fine array of choice. The restaurant on our two visits had a lovely atmosphere and a nice menu. The steak on both nights was sublime. Our visit to the spa area was fantastic. The two members of staff that dealt with us were very patient and attentive and made the experience very relaxing. Big shout out to Emily for the Indian head massage! Overall a great experience and would definitely stay again in the future. Thank you everyone!

The only criticism of the room is that there were hardly any electrical wall sockets. We had a negative experience with one member of staff in the restaurant. We asked for a steak to be well done and there was a gesture from this individual that suggested that they were displeased with this request and that the meat is better at a medium rare level of cooking. Taken in a very humorous way but we don’t expect to barter with members of staff over our cooking preferences.

There were 2 staff members who were outstanding. Billie/Katie-May. Billie managed to re-arrange for my son to come for his spa day on his actual birthday 11th, and thank goodness as apparently we are supposed to leave the pool area at 11 am on check out. Something I had been trying to clarify all week. Katie-May helped make my sons birthday very special by decorating the pod and being very attentive and helpful. What an amazing member of the team.

When trying to phone I couldn't ever get through. I phoned over a week and I did leave messages, I did finally get a reply but I was already at the spa so it was way too late. I wanted a late check out as it was my sons' 19th who lives in Malvern. Thank goodness Billie was so wonderful in re-arranging his spa day to the 11th as otherwise he would've been there for his spa day and we wouldn't ! Just better clarity around use of the facilities and times I think on booking please. It is an odd location on an industrial estate but I understand the reason why regarding the spring bore hole.

Absolutely amazing, staff were really friendly and accommodating, nothing too much trouble. The spa area is gorgeous. It was for a special occasion and they left a card and a treat in the bedroom. Cocktails were amazing too! Will be back, loved it.

We loved it but Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room the signal was too weak I did call reception and someone came up but there was nothing they could do, hotel need to get wifi coverage extended. Breakfast ends at 9.30 Monday to Friday and you have to book the day before, we had to go at 9:15. Would be much more relaxing to go to breakfast at your leisure and it’s usually served until 10-10.30 in most hotels. Was great food though.

The wifi was very poor - it did not work in the first room I was offered when I complained I was quickly moved to a more central room but the wifi was still poor and twice did not work for a period. I notice the wifi has been consistently marked down in reviews. The breakfast was good but let down I think by the only bread being what appeared to be super marker sliced - neither of the above is what I expect from a 4-star hotel

Choosing to stay at The Malvern was undoubtedly the highlight of my year. From the moment we arrived, every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. The staff were nothing short of incredible—warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable. The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, creating a sense of comfort and relaxation that made us feel right at home. The hospitality was truly exceptional, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure our utmost satisfaction. The facilities were impeccably maintained, reflecting the high standards of the establishment. My girlfriend and I were treated with such care and attention that we truly felt like VIPs throughout our stay.

Excellent proficient caring staff, pleasant hotel, great spa, tasty dinner, comfortable bed with two mattress toppers, good blackout curtains, well stocked tea tray, double clean shower, Elemis toiletries. In the spa area the staff moved towels that had been left on loungers if unused after 30 minutes so that no one could hog the chairs.

The spa showers were closed, the herbal spa room was only lukewarm, the loungers were stained, the plastic strips that separate the inside pool from outside needed a good clean. The soft covers on the restaurant bench needed staining removed.

spa was great if a bit busy at times. open til 10pm so no rush to enjoy staff were excellent, friendly and helpful sitting outside in hot pool in evening looking at moon was lovely room was large and expansive Nice relaxed vibe overall which was great

bathroom in room a bit tired spa and lounger area bit full and too busy at times but spa facilities excellent breakfast was OK, continental part a little sparse hotel/spa is on edge of a retail park which is a tad odd but not far to walk to get anything !

The spa was incredible, one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful tub/jacuzzi. We loved that it stayed open so late so we could go in the dark and we were allowed to go to dinner in our robes so we could go straight from the tub rather than leaving an hour earlier to prepare. You could also order drinks to your loungers by the pool which we took full advantage of, the cocktails were great! Staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Room was comfy and clean. Lovely breakfast and the dinner at the restaurant was exceptional! The hotel itself was very close to the Malvern hills which where so nice to walk up and the view from the top was increasingly. Really really happy with our stay and can’t wait to come back :)

Nothing really to complain about, we didn’t have any issues with any of our stay.

Excellent staff, spa facility... Ease of access to all facilities gym, spa, pool, restaurant etc. Staff were very welcoming and friendly in hotel, spa and restaurant. Great pool facility which was very relaxing and staff were super attentive... same can be said for the restaurant, staff were exemplary and also assisted in helping me with dietary requirements (dairy-free). Second time staying here and very happy, will come back again in future.

Low toilet in hotel bathroom, was difficult to use at times. USB plug sockets/ charge points would be a nice small touch.
