Staff very friendly and helpful Good location Excellent breakfast Nice bar Charming old building, obviously in need of its ongoing refurbishment

Bathroom, although very recently refitted needs pipework boxing in so slight pong. There is a glass shelf above the sink which prevents you getting your head over the sink for washing your face and brushing your teeth so water over the floor and ducking under the shelf. Did the installer have a brain? Soap rack in shower not fixed to the wall properly so flopping down. Sealing around shower is poor. Not enough room between bathroom door and desk/chair.

The staff were amazing, they were welcoming and friendly. There was an unfortunate event where the fire alarm went off but this was dealt with quickly and professionally. My twins got upset about it all but staff put together a little goodie bag to apologise (it was unnecessary as things like this do happen but it was a lovely and thoughtful gesture) The room was lovely, only issue was when showering the glass door leaked in the corner so needed towels to prevent puddling in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and was served promptly. Would definitely recommend St Andrews Town Hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. Thank you all so much for a lovely stay.

Everything was lovely, no complaints.

One night stay, arrived after 8pm, small single was perfectly adequate, bed was comfortable, shower room was in good condition. There are was a table top to sit with laptop at, WiFi was very good. Usual small TV high up on wall but again I wasn't expecting or needing anything more. Breakfast was extensive, cold options ie cereals, fruit etc or cooked are well laid out, my cooked was very nice. Plenty of parking is available, no noises to report overnight so another very good night at this hotel.

Toilet flush wasn't properly working in room 26, no bedside light only the very bright overhead on ceiling.

The hot breakfast was very complete and plentiful although the buffet was limited and rather repetitive. I felt at home in my room as I had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. I have stayed in this hotel previously and will certainly return when I have the opportunity. I had a most enjoyable and relaxing stay.

I would improve the breakfast buffet, otherwise I was very satisfied with the hotel.

The hotel is very convenient for walking into Droitwich to explore the canal, museum and the local pubs. The free parking is much appreciated. Although the hotel is undergoing renovations, this did not detract from our stay at all. In fact, our room was very comfortable, having been recently refurbished. The staff went over and above to ensure that our group of friends were happy. The chef even came to check that we had enjoyed our evening meals. The breakfast was also excellent. We have visited the St. Andrew's once before and I am sure that we will return.

There was no non-slip mat for the inside of the bath and nothing to hold on to whilst getting in and out.

Very friendly staff and good amenities for the price. The hotel is going through a rolling refurbishment, so some areas were out of bounds, but it did not detract from a pleasurable stay. The room was slightly dated but very comfortable. The room prices were very attractive but will go up after the refurbishment.

As an older building noises transmit through the structure quite easily. I could hear people talking in adjacent rooms, the sound of creaking floorboards is also evident. This may be resolved during the rolling refurbishment.

The staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable!

Room was a tight squeeze, I understand this is out of their control but was awful when comparing it to the other room I had booked was twice the size for the same price? Not much room for bags as we didn’t have a wardrobe to be able to unpack/store things it would have been beneficial for extra space for bags storage. Shower took nearly 10 minutes to get Luke warm.

I liked how friendly and helpful the staff were. Check in was very easy and simple, and the staff at reception were able to answer local questions easily. When I came back late at night I was greeted by someone who was very welcoming. At breakfast I was served by Balwinder who was lovely and efficient, and clearly enjoys taking care of guests and their needs and wants. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and with the deal I booked felt very good value. The room had recently been renovated and was well appointed and clean.

The hotel is currently being renovated and several areas are still in a state of disrepair - but looking at the results I think it will look very nice when completed. The noise between floors and rooms is quite noticeable, especially first thing in the morning when early risers are getting ready - it isn't a big problem but something to be aware of.

Breakfast is excellent. Very generous and well cooked. Parking is a real bonus too - off the main road, safe and plenty of room. Staff couldn't be more helpful.

I did experience some problems with heating which were rectified quickly but there is, I would suggest, an on-going need to ensure all rooms are able to maintain a good comfort temperature.

spacious car park which was deserted during our stay (most guests were in a coach party). Very smart looking restaurant. Hotel had a nice feel. Our room & bathroom were a decent size & pleasantly decorated. Comfy bed. Strong water pressure in the bathroom. Easy walking distance into town. Would happily stay again. Very very quiet overnight - no disturbance. Lovely setting.

Shame that the hotel had scaffolding up which spoiled the look of the attractive exterior but did NOT affect our stay. Sunshine was streaming in the bedroom window during the late afternoon & the heating came on (which we did switch off) resulting in uncomfortably hot room overnight. Ground floor room with sash window meant I was reluctant to open it overnight. Dinner menu didn't seem to match the sumptuous look of the restaurant. Eggs were cooked to order at breakfast but delivered whilst we were having cereal - bit of an odd arrangement. No wifi code or fire escape route visible in the bedroom. Service area/kitchen door propped open along hallway - unattractive.
