Convenient and tucked away so not to much noise. Room was very clean, and bathroom was lovely. Bed was comfortable and big. They provide a fan so although it did get warm of a night the fan helps and was readily available. Self check in was easy and convenient. Good use of space. Cleaner seemed friendly. All in all will stay again when in area, nice hotel.

On the sky channels alot of the films you had to pay for WiFi wasn't the best and didn't work alot of the time Parking is 5-10 minutes away There were alot of stairs so although no issue for us it night be difficult for some, the entrance light also wasn't working so at night it was pitch black until you went to the stairs But other than a few nitty picky bits I think it was good value for money and we enjoyed the stay as a whole.

Loved it all, from the clear check-in in instructions, to easy very reasonably priced parking really close by Location is fab!! Comfiest bed ever, great Sky tv, super modern digital shower and Bar 22 next door sealed the deal, stunning Long Island Iced teas (not stupid prices for a town centre) had the best burgers ever there, then watched a fab guitar singer (Jack Forster) who was brilliant and played so many songs we like so well! Tea, coffee, juice, eggs Benedict and scrambled egg and salmon before we sadly left Customer service was spot on and we felt very welcomed and looked after Would definitely stay again!

Not staying longer

The room was cute and cosy. My 13 year old daughter loved it, especially the giant bean bag! We loved the cleanliness, the storage space in the bathroom, the fluffy towels, and the giant tv! The fan was great as it was very warm. The coffee machine was a lovely bonus. Great security locks, and choice of mirror lights and lamps. Also convenient location right in town. Great price.

It was ever so slightly cramped, for what was meant to be a king sized room. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, because the mattress felt too big for the bed size?

The room was beautiful everything was really well thought out The shower was wonderful and powerful, towels fluffy and the bed was so so comfy . The tv was HUGE . We felt safe as the security is really good and the location was perfect for us . Even the multistory car park was close by and parking was only £4.50 for 24hrs Loads of restaurants near by and can highly recommend the Thai just down road from room and Mexi. co Mexican on the highstreet near Lush

There was a lot of limescale on shower head , I get its hard water area but there are things to remove it and the coffee machine had a used pod in it and only 3 pods. But to be honest it was a tiny tiny niggle as everything was so lovely . The room we stayed in was above bar22 and there was a singer on so it was noisy however with all windows closed it was pretty quiet so that was a very good positive , however it was a incredibly hot evening and no fan in room so we had to have window open , it was quite nice being serenaded to sleep though and the singer was very good .

Beautiful room ,bunk bed wobbly with every movement and 4 rooms using one bathroom .is not enough..average 8 + guests is too many.. The position is perfect for exploring and the bar is lovely!.

The hotel is located right above bar 22. Some rooms have rooms facing the street some have facing the courtyard. Our room number 3 have windows facing the courtyard. The window is right above the bar's courtyard but despite it being Thursday and Friday, there was almost no one in the courtyard. So it was quiet. But on the street you can hear music from our bar and the neighboring ones on the street up to 1 a.m. By the way, we spent both evenings in our bar, quite a nice place. The room is stylish, cozy and clean. Good hot water pressure, comfortable bed. Despite the fact that it was +12 outside at night it was warm in the room. There is a coffee machine and a refrigerator. Also those who live in the hotel have 22% discount at the bar, which is nice.

Wi-fi almost didn't work. Because of this it was impossible to watch TV. It showed for 10 minutes and then paused. And sometimes the signal would disappear for half an hour. If it weren't for the wifi I would have rated it 10. Another disadvantage. Since the hotel has self chech-in, you need to get a code to enter. When I booked it there was written that it would be sent 24 hours before check-in. But in fact they sent it 30 minutes before check-in. Which made us worry and wrote requests.

Lovely room, huge TV, extremely comfortable bed. Had a tassimo coffee machine and kettle in the room. The shared bathroom was up a further flight of stairs, but it was lovely, modern, and clean. Ideally situated within walking distance to everything. Host very polite and accomodating. Would 100% stay again.

The stairs up to the room are quite steep, which isn't really an issue except the lights only worked until we got halfway up them. The rest of the way to the rooms was in darkness. The same for the main lights in the room didn't work. Lots of lamps, which was a saviour but also didn't light the room enough for 4 of us to get ready to go out for the night. Got in touch with the host who wasn't in the country, but she offered to move us out of our room, but there weren't any others available for 4 people. Not much else she could have done really not being nearby, and the main lights not working was our only issue. The rest of the facilities were great. It wouldn't stop us from returning.

Great location, we loved the style of the room. Very cozy, clean and tidy. The room had everything we needed (clean towels, hair dryer, ironing board). Easy self check in.

The kettle was not clean, and we couldn’t make hot drinks. The sink was far too small, the water dropped everywhere on the floor (the bathroom was tiny but proportionate to the room). We would have appreciated a small bottle of water (from the supermarket, nothing fancy 😊) Check in should be a little earlier (2 or 3pm).
