We had read the reviews before we booked and they were excellent. In particular Karen and Graham went out of their way to make us feel welcome and give us advice on what to do and see, they were amazing hosts. The common thread in the reviews was the quality of the breakfast and it really met expectations. The bedroom was spacious and spotlessly clean and the use of a fridge in the utility room was really useful.

It's difficult to find an improvement opportunity but if there was one I'd say a shelf in the small en suite bathroom would make a difference.

Accessible on foot to town if prepared for some inclines and a 20 minute walk. Home made cake, bread, marmalade, jam all very nice. Excellent proprietors.

Location a little awkward on a road junction and, although sufficient off road parking, manoeuvering could be tight. The property is of a period and has several floors so whilst bedroom was at ground level, the breakfast area necessitated a climb up a flight of steep stairs - this was not an issue for ourselves but some potential customers would need to confirm accessibility beforehand.

We were very happy with the warm welcome and little extras (explanation of facilities, homemade oatmeal biscuits & Lemon drizzle) :-). This was a real home from home in which we had the chance to relax and enjoy our time away. Thank you for your hospitality and welcome. Great to have off road parking and sat nav brought us right to the door. Having mobility issues my needs were met with ground floor room, shower and dining room for breakfast.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

It’s our second stay at this lovely Victorian home. Unfortunately the accommodation has been reduced from 4 double rooms to two. Luckily we booked very early as it is one of the best B& Bs we have ever stayed in. Nothing is too much trouble for the lovely couple that run it. Breakfast is excellent and they accommodate different choices with their full English. Rooms are clean, spacious and warm all with lovely en-suite showers. Impossible to fault.

Drive is a bit steep for our old classic car but you can’t really hold that against the premises as Malvern is renown for its hills!!

A very warm welcome and lovely, attentive hosts. Good choice and quality of breakfast. We loved the location and enjoyed the walk into the town, great access to the hills. Access to the kitchen was appreciated and the hosts were on hand to answer questions. Additional touches of lemon cake and oat cookies much appreciated.

Not a criticism just an observation; the room was very comfortable, clean and spacious but would benefit from a refresh of decoration to make it perfect.

Graham and Karen's breakfast will sort you out for the rest of the day. Excellent choice, freshly cooked and beautifully presented, as quickly or as slowly as you like. Pre-arrival notifications and recommendations for eating out, excellent. For information, Weavers bar in the centre of town is 2.2 kms each way, measured with online app Strava, a handy stroll to walk off beers and supper. Great location to begin the walk to the Worcestshire Beacon.

Take care reversing the car into the street.

A wonderful stay which was more akin to being house guests rather then merely hotel guests. The hosts Graham and Karen were very welcoming and provided great tips for restaurants and walks in the area. Very comfortable, clean and quiet room. An ideal short UK holiday break.

Couldn't fault it.

The property was very close to main area. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable, which is a plus for an insomniac. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a nice shower with plenty of hot water. Off road parking, which is always a bonus with the narrow roads of Malvern.

Much appreciated lemon drizzle cake & Homemade oat biscuits on arrival 😋 spotless, comfortable & beautiful accommodation, lots of character and quirkiness x location was amazing too x will definitely book again if planning to visit Malvern.

Lovely homely B & B run by a very nice couple. Bedroom was on the ground floor with a guest kitchen when you could use the fridge. Breakfast was served upstairs which was fine for us but might not suit a more elderly guests.

The en-suite was small but spotless. The noisy fan was a bit annoying as could be heard from the bedroom!
