We had 3 nights at this hotel as we had an event nearby, and also did some walking in the Malvern Hills and surrounding area. Firstly the team of people who work here are friendly, professional and helpful. Absolutely everyone from those on reception, in the bar, the restaurant and the spa. The restaurant is lovely and food delicious. Really enjoyed the variety and quality of the vegetarian dishes. The pianist was a fabulous addition to eating in the evening. The service spot on. The Spa area is kept well. The person that showed us the Spa and booked our treatments was a delight. Loved the quiet room as well, nice addition to the spa facilities. The massage was super. Our bedroom was roomy, kept spotlessly clean and welcoming. Everything worked. And it was quiet so we slept great. Interestingly, we went on to stay at a hotel that was more than double the cost of this place, and it was a bit of a disaster. So value and quality here is a massive tick.

The breakfast had a wide variety of high quality options of food and drink and all prepared to very high standard. Locally sourced butchers sausages were my favourite. The spa facilities were excellent as were the spa staff, incredible star card of customer service. The room was immaculately clean and furnished to a very high design standard. The staff were very warm and friendly and accommodated the few requests we made. The value for money compared to many of the larger chains around the country was incredible - a perfect little gem of a family run hotel. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future. Thank you to all of the team for making our stay incredibly special.

Just had the most wonderful stay at The Bank House Hotel! I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough, everything was 10/10. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, and the room was spotless and comfortable, with a great selection of hot drinks and biscuits. The spa was absolutely incredible — I travelled alone and had the most relaxing, rejuvenating time. I ordered the burger from room service and it arrived within 15 minutes, piping hot and absolutely delicious. Breakfast was also fantastic — a great choice of cooked options, local sausages, yoghurt, cereals, and more. I left feeling completely refreshed and restored. The setting, overlooking the beautiful Malvern Hills, is so peaceful and serene. I honestly don’t have a single bad thing to say about this hotel — it’s a real gem. I already want to go back and will definitely return whenever I’m passing through Worcester again. Keep up the amazing work, Bank House team!

Would have been nice to have a robe and slippers for the spa! - but I also didnt ask

Whilst on holiday, my Dad was rushed to Worcestershire Royal Hospital thus our stay at the Bank House was unplanned/unexpected. Thanks to the glowing reviews on Tripadviser, and on looking at the hotel's website, we booked for one night which was then extended by two further nights until he was discharged. We were all very stressed and anxious but as soon as we checked in to the hotel, we felt 'cared for'. The reception staff were kind, considerate, readily accommodated Mum's mobility needs, and were just totally lovely. Indeed everyone at the hotel were brilliant. We were all blown away by how welcoming they made us feel; nothing was too much trouble. In terms of the facilities, rooms, restaurant, parking .... 5 stars! Breakfast is delicious. And I highly recommend their ravioli. Yummy. THANK YOU to everyone at the Bank House Hotel. You will never truly know how much difference you made when things were looking gloomy. As a footnote Dad is recovering pretty well and is sad that his family had a fabulous extension to the holiday which he paid for and didn't experience himself!

Very friendly staff, everyone. It was clean. Room facilities were generally good and clean. TV sound was distorted and not too clear. See below for more comments.

Food value was very poor. The celebration meal on Friday night was good but was very poor value. It did not live up to the billing. Breakfast was even poorer value. £14.95 for a cup of tea, one very small pastry and no muesli on offer. Very, very poor value. That offer needs a rapid review. The bed was all worn through on one side and sagged, not very comfortable.

The location is excellent. The spa and indoor pool allows for a relaxing break. We eat at the hotel and the there was a good range of dishes. We have an electric car and the hotel has 3 charging points which was excellent news. Across the road there is a lovely centre called The Fold, with a coffee shop, craft outlets, plant/garden centre and a great nature trail ideal for families. The hotel is ideally placed to explore, Worcester, Tewkesbury, Malvern, Upton-on-Severn and Hereford.

We stayed here for 2 nights in the family room, and I am overall satisfied. The room was clean, comfortable and big enough for the 3 of us. I appreciated the tea making facilities, the breakfast was brilliant and I really like the interior and style of the Hotel. We did not make use of the spa facilities, so i cannot comment on that, but overall nice experience.

The child bed needs a bit of WD40, as it was squeaking with every move. Please consider adding toilet brush as a staple to your bathrooms.

From the warm welcome on arrival to when we left we felt that we had a very luxurious stay. The room was very comfortable with complimentary drinks, biscuits replenished daily. The meals (breakfast and evening meal) were freshly cooked and there was plenty of choice. Every members of staff that we came across were very professional and helpful

We were surprised that the towels were changed daily and didn't feel that fresh towel were needed every day.

Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were helpful rooms small but clean and had everything we needed. Pool area was better than expected, and the bar was relaxing, couldn't fault the breakfast. We had a great time except for one problem . What we didn't like.

Unfortunately three times in the night and early hours (3 am)we were woken up by alarms going off no expectations, didn't know if we should stay in room and ignore or run for our lives, I don't sleep well at best of times ,so I did find this annoying, but I'm sure it doesn't happen often so I would return, cos the good things outwayed the bad.

The room was quiet, very comfortable and well equipped. Very pleasant view from the window and no noise from other guests. The room was very neatly laid out with plenty of tea/ coffee and milk available each day. The room and bathroom was very clean. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Restaurant staff were very attentive without rushing you to finish your food. They were quick to serve you and check things were OK. The garden room is lovely and the food excellent.

The mattress was a bit out of shape on one side so I just moved to the other side of the bed. Not a big problem for me.
