we needed hotel just to sleep for one night because we had an early flight next day. but we had fun in this one. the pool on the rooftop is amazing. clean and water is refreshing. and the view! especially when it gets dark. all the staff were super nice to us, but the kindest one was the older gentleman serving by the pool. we also had pizza for dinner and it was amazing. room was big and clean. we had breakfast early in the morning and it was very good. you also get some fresh fruit which is always nice. they even offer you a free ride to the airport. 10/10

The location is perfect. The hotel is very close to the airport, and they provide a complimentary shuttle. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was kind of pricy (for Cebu), considering the old and outdated decor. The entire property is in need of some TLC and updating. The food was just good, not great and again, a bit pricy. Room rate and food prices were similar to the Belmont hotel, which is much nicer and newer and equally close to the airport.

When I booked. I asked them to get me in the airport but they never pick me up. I think the receiver of the e-mail did not fully understood that I arrived at almost midnight so I probably needed a ride to the hotel for my safety. Unclear response left me no choice but to pay 500 airport yellow taxi to the hotel. The receiver of the mail when I booked should be informed for proper handling. Positive thing is the receptionist gave me compensation before I leave the hotel. Friendly staff in the hotel.

This property is close to the airport. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good and we appreciated a packed snack in lieu of breakfast in our final day due to our early departure. There is a free airport shuttle. Staff awesome.

Due to the location, traffic noise was inevitable but did not hinder our sleep.

The breakfast - although the main dish is not buffet, the plated breakfast is sufficient for big eater. the fruits are unlimited, and the toast and beverage. the staff are very helpful and good

less socket for electricity, only 1 accedd card provided for each room. other than that it is ok for quick place to stay near the airport

Breakfast was great. I enjoyed the fruits and unlimited coffee. Dinner was great. Good selection of food. Food served at good temperature and good presentation. Staff is very kind and friendly. Very helpful. Easy to talk to. Room was nice and clean. Love the shower. Water pressure and temperature was perfect. Swimming pool was nice. We appreciated being picked up and dropped off at the airport with no additional cost. Bottom line, I will stay there again. To the staff, Keep up the great work that your doing there. It makes a difference.

Maybe, a better view from my window. But, i will say, the cleanliness made up for it.

the staff are friendly and understanding and easily to communicate, in regards in our concerns of our transportation, our accommodation and many more. their breakfast are delicious and a lot to choose, like american bfast, continental, or filipino bfast. and their coffee, juices, fruits and breads our in buffet. the best i ever reccomend. when i ever came back again in cebu i would definitely go back in place i love it overall. also my grandma really loves to stay and going in this hotel. looking forward to go back in this hotel. thank you the best accommodation the bellavista hotel. <3

The shower was cold since the water heater didn't work at all! Fridge wasn't working so no cold water to drink! There's only 1 key card and when you get out of the room it switches everything off! That's the CON! A big no for me!

A little oasis, perfect as an overnight stop between the ferry (1/2 away by grab) and the airport. Free shuttle to the airport, lovely roof top pool with great views, friendly staff, clean and comfortable but fairly dated rooms, food was good with European options. I would certainly recommend to people stopping over in Cebu.

Only the usual issue of trying to find a free socket for phone recharging.
