Staffs, shuttles to the HSR station, free apples (the apples make the corridor smells good), free laundry with free detergent. The sent-to-room breakfasts were exceptionally delicious 😋 The fitness room were not so big but very compatible, facilities and equipments were maintained well. Cleaning staffs, restaurant (happyhour) staffs and counter staffs were all helpful. The shuttle driver was also very professional and gentle. Also, where can I buy the special designed cube?

I booked this hotel because of the design of the appearance, however, every morning there were pegeons waking us up 🫠 I think it can be some plus points for some people who like nature. Also there was a small spider in the shower.

Pretty new hotel. Facility and room is nice and clean. The restaurant hasn't opened yet when we stayed there so breakfast was sent to the room at the specified time we chose. Breakfast was very delicious and portions were good. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Parking is about a 5 minute walk, not a big deal for me as weather was nice but if it was raining it would have been an annoyance. The hotel lobby and hall area are perfumed which is nice, but I feel the the scent is a bit strong which lead to me having minor allergy when entering and exiting hotel. So if the fragrance can be reduced a bit it would be perfect.

The property is clean and new and in a perfect location and the room is spacious and the toilet is big and clean and all the minibar and snacks are inclusive in the rate.. and they use high-quality shampoo and shower gel and excellent quality face masks even .. the room also has a massage chair And a glass front wall, which give very good daylight during the day and wonderful view during the night and although it is made from containers, but the sound isolation is great

We arrived at 3 PM exactly which is the check in time as per the hotel, but the room was not ready and we have to wait for it which was not nice.. specially we can see that the hotel is not full And the hotel still lacking facilities, as it is new like the reception bar/cafe and the rooftop bar, for example The front desk staff need more training as I can see they are easily confused about reservation and if the payment done or not in advance, even check in procedure

I liked the mindfulness of the hotel, which becomes manifest in a lot of small details: - the free fruits in front of the elevator - free usage of washing machine and dryer on 5F - take-away umbrella at the entrance - Nespresso coffee machine in the room and additional free snack - Fabric refresher at the wardrobe Actually, they had also the most modern Taiwan style bidet seats :-)

Nothing to complain.

Great location in downtown, with a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Entertaining views from the room onto the nearby junction. The interior is decorated very well and fancy. Spacious room and great shower, ideal for longstay. The breakfast was served in the room which also spot on!

Offering "breakfast in the room" service might be a nice idea, but since the room space wasn't good enough for fitting in a 2-ppl dining-table cart inside, such service became a trouble to the guests. BTW, we had only one chair in the room, such service really brought us some trouble.

Very cozy room , smart tv connected to wifi , iron for clothes , good lighting , nice shower , complimentary snacks and various drinks, self laundry service. Is very good choice to stay in Kaohsiung

It was smelly in the room from the plumbing i guess. But not too bad

The space was very good for the value. The location is superb and its new!

Internet was a little unstable.

The hotel was very new then so not all facilities were ready. We booked a suite and the bonus in there was a massage chair! Overall staff were helpful, and the rooms were nice. Location was convenient.

No bedroom slippers.

Breakfast in the room (had to sit on the bed), buffet would be the preferred choice for breakfast (less foodwaste). Not really soundproof.
