Convenient location for the ferry port to Argentina, local shopping, restaurants and local beach. The hotel has 2 pools and a fitness area. I used the fitness area and out door pool. The room allocated was on the top floor with a great view of the River Plate and fantastic sunsets. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean. The clean was cleaned every day. The breakfasts provided by the hotel were very good. All of the staff without exception were very friendly and helpful. I extended my stay for 2 extra days as I was enjoying the peaceful break. A shelf in the bathroom for toiletries would have been helpful and some free weights in the fitness room.

The hotel is a little dated but this is more than compensated by the warm and friendly staff. Every member of staff greeted you with a smile. The indoor heated pool was good. The exterior pool was set in a lovely garden and a perfect temperature for swimming. Breakfast was a great selection. We had a problem with our bed and we were moved to an adjacent room.

We had dinner one night , the food was good but the service was a bit slow. A common occurrence in Uruguay.

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room. Nice facilities, the outside and inside pools are good size and very clean. Breakfast was amazing, very tasty with a huge variety of things to choose from. The play room was a plus for us.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The food and restaurant service is good and the amenities are excellent in terms of swimming, relaxing, gym, spa and massage. Indoor public areas have comfortable seating. It is good value for money overall.

Although we had to change rooms in the middle of our first night because the air conditioning stopped working and it became unbearably hot, the hotel staff handled this very well.

Location and common areas. Breakfast was really good with a lot of choices and delicious. Staff was attentive, kind and efficient.

Bathroom was outdated Rooms too basic and not very clean (carpet stains and table surface with sticky stain)

Lovely warm indoor pool. Staff very helpful. Massage by Barbara was wonderful.

Room 620 at the end of the property experienced a lot of noise from the Adult Education facility next door from 7-10pm.

Great location, close to the historical center and terminal/shopping, with very good amenities and excellent breakfast

Everything was great. There are little details here and there when it comes to infrastructure, but nothing worth noting for the price paid

Really liked the breakfast: for a South American breakfast it was really decent. The hotel itself was pleasant

Easy to find…across from a shopping center.

The indoor pool is why I stayed here…about 7pm I went to take a dip and there was a old woman’s water aerobics class going on…decided to pass on swimming…15 old, old ladies in bathing suits was not pretty

Staff were very helpful and both pools were great.

Nov 2022 and all staff wearing masks, I find it sinister and a barrier to interaction.
