Room was clean and it had a fridge and stove in a standing closet which was great. Bathroom was newly renovated and some of the flooring. Room was large and lots of storage to hand clothes if needed. Hotel does provide a shuttle/taxi service for free but is on demand only. It works easier if you have a phone plan to call the hotel to let them know you are at the pickup location. For the return ride to the airport you need to make sure that they call for the taxi. Even if you've requested it they still need to call them. I left early before breakfast was served.

Communication via Booking. I had messaged the hotel that I was ready to be picked up at the airport and never got a response. I didn't have a European phone plan, so I had to message a friend of mine in Germany to call them as I had been waiting for 20 minutes for a response. They told my friend that the shuttle was already on it's way, but forgot to message me through Booking. Return trip to airport the next day, the front desk person didn't know that they had to call for the shuttle so I was 15 minutes late on my departure, even though I had confirmed spot on the shuttle/taxi for 6:AM in their records.

Location and Free Shuttle to the Airport were a big benefit. We were traveling with a car, but one family member had an earlier flight, and having the airport shuttle was a valuable convenience for us. Having an elevator is also nice. The restaurant at the hotel had delicious meal choices besides being most convenient.

Tight space in the bathroom of our room, but not all rooms are the same. We had booked 2 rooms so I was able to compare.

was only at hotel for overnight stopover from airport so never made breakfast. excellent transfer system, not the closest hotel to the airport but staff/transfers well handled considering we arrived at diff terminals, late in evening, but clear directions made pick up easy to find.

Bar shutting 10 mins before our arrival.........lol not a big issue as fridge in reception was well stocked with bottles and easy acces to a bottle opener........hahaha.

It is very close to the urban train station, about 300m. We just need to take one stop by train to Langan (Hesse) to reach the supermarket, shops and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It is rather far from Frankfurt center. It took at least half an hour by train.

Great service which includes airport shuttle and breakfast. You wake up to birdsong and can go for a walk in the forest right there. Breakfast was awesome. We had a balcony and all windows could be fully opened. Nice dark curtains.

No kettle for tea making in the room. No English breakfast tea at breakfast, despite there being a huge tea selection. Bed was a bit soft. Shower could be cleaned a little better. Weeds on balcony could be removed.

Rather quiet location, easy to reach from S-Bahn or own transport. Housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful during this stay. Very decent rooms especially at special offer price.

You are out if town with limited options if you don’t have own transportation. One can ask for kitchen equipment but the possibilities remain limited.

The rooms are clean and spacious. There is seating and plenty of electrical outlets. The kitchenette is a real bonus. The breakfast room was furnished comfortably and elegantly.

The breakfast was the most expensive we had in Europe. The breads were uninspiring. Selection of everything was small. Also the car parking area was inadequate for the number of hotel guests.

Wait time for shuttle was a bit longer than expected however hotel staff and room was perfect, staff were welcoming and friendly. Room and bathroom facilities were very comfortable and good. Would recommend to friends and family

Wait time for shuttle service pickup at the airport was too long should cater to people without a working sim card in Germany as I had to use Skype told them had no contact to receive calls while in Germany

Friendly and polite staff Clean, Good breakfast, Efficient shuttle service with polite, helpful and friendly drivers.

I think it would be nice to leave one or two water bottles for guest in the hotel room. We where thirsty and couldn't find any water to drink at the hotel. Noy many restaurants near by so we ordered Pizza and the pizza delivery brought us a free 1 liter drink wich was what we needed.

Quiet countryside hotel with close location to train station. Large parking lot. Great breakfast buffet. Large room with desk and storage closet. Large windows. Large efficient elevators. General staff ( except for first receptionist ) were very friendly. Exceptional Hungarian restaurant on site.

Upon our arrival, the female receptionist was very rude to us. She made us feel very uncomfortable and later lost our breakfast booking. Bathroom had poor ventilation.
