We stayed to a high floor corner room , it was really WOW. The view incredible. The design elements. Control panel . Japanese Toilet seat with all the controls. This was really a top tier room that you’d usually find in top Singapore or Dubai hotels. The staff were helpful and polite. The location in the heart of Frankfurt , walking 5 min to old town and 5 min to opera district and 2 min to shopping. I would highly recommend

The AC system wasn’t powerful enough and reception mentioned it was attached to next door mall and, not sure I understood that but it really needs addressing, as room gets really hot despite Ac during the day

Excellently appointed rooms, absolutely superb gym facilities and a lovely pool. Friendly staff and right in the city centre.

Can’t fault the hotel, but the city of Frankfurt was disappointingly dirty.

the room was very good and comfort .location is very good ..reception staff are more than excellent. helpful special thnx to Carlo .really he is a gentleman and moreover very professional .but the hotel in general is very good

the main restaurant was closed for dinner for unknown reason .the only place to eat was in the bar which is very small .could not be the only place to set and its capacity about 10 tables may be less and reception area is toooooooo small only few number of chairs scattered in different places maximum 2 person can set in each area in all cases it is a reception of JW Mariott.but the reception staff are more than excellent specially Carlo is very helpful and my special thnx to him .

Very polite and helpful staffs, beautiful rooms and great location Despite the issues I had I enjoyed the stay. But the construction is going on at the lobby so it would be better if you book it when they done with it

I’ve had issue with my room that the light in restroom turns off automatically so I called reception for help, but one of the staff in reception was lied to me that is a feature they have for ^safety^ and told me he double checked with his colleague. And the next day technician came to me and it’s something wrong with the light and they changed my room I haven’t had this kind of experience that the staff was lying to me to just get out of dealing with issue and it looked very unprofessional for me. They offered me complimentary breakfast for apologize but I had to wait 1 hour because they forgot my order

Amazing location, located in the center of the city near major shopping area. Rooms have been renovated and are super, bed is great , room service is very high quality, staff are super friendly.

Mini bar is empty and you need to actually request for it to be stocked, they charge a set price for the whole minibar so you can't choose what you want to pay for. A weird concept not suited for a hotel with such high standards. I would like to have a highly stocked minibar with a menu and flexibility to consume what I want.

I have stayed in many Marriott hotels, last years’ in NY was a disaster, but I believe in giving the benefit of the doubt, so I booked again in Frankfurt. So, this Marriott is a favourite, so far. Unfortunately, I spent more time than I had intended in my room, because I had the flu, so I could not go out. But my misfortune was short lived! I got my money’s worth in use, which I did not mind, because the room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, the pillows were fluffy, the tv had lots of choice, there was internet, room service was perfect ( apart from the pizza…I am very picky)…plus I got to go outside for just a little, believing that I felt better, and saw that the location was central and close to many shops and the various attractions. Breakfast at the Marriott is always amazing for choice and quality of ingredients. The staff were very helpful, from concierge, reception, housekeeping to restaurant staff, they were all polite and professional. My family and I decided, to join the New Years dinner, which had a perfect menu ( my daughter would not agree…she does not like fish, but what can we do!) and the music was a one man show with a festive repertoire, who had us dancing! We were a bit late in attending though, because in Greece we do not go out to dinner until after 8pm, so the chef & staff probably wanted to strangle us! Our apologies! And then let’s not forget the New Year’s Eve fireworks, since I could not go out, I enjoyed it from my window! Next time maybe I will get to enjoy the city too!

As the 31st was a Sunday, all the shops were closed, apart from some coffee shops in the mall area next door. I really did not want to mention this, but it just bothers me a little when I do not have the choice to pay for services in cash. Even though cards are a great convenience, they can be lost or stolen or eaten up by the bank machines and having some cash is a necessity when travelling. The Euro is still legal tender and as a business Marriott management has an obligation to accept currency, up to a certain legal amount according to each county guideline. We can philosophise on the subject, but the fact remains.

Room sizes and I would like to thank Mr. Mustafa from reception for giving us two rooms near each other for our family of four with young kids. Great breakfast and great ambience. Shopping stores are minutes away literally and there is a shopping mall right next door called MyZeil.

Driving to and from the hotel is hard due to high pedestrian traffic during the first week of the month of Aug. as there are food trucks in the main market road.

Exceptional property and couldn’t get anything better. This is my second time in 12 months exactly. The outstanding experience starts from the time the taxi stops till the time you take the taxi again. The staff are extremely helpful, courteous, and pleasant. The room service is outstanding. It just feels like home. Thank you so much.

The hotel was nice in many aspects, and mainly it was for its quality and to forget the location of the hotel, which was convenient as it is in the middle of Frankfurt. I also enjoyed the GYM facility, which was nice and had many machines to accommodate a large number of guests in the hotel To be honest, it was a great experience and I will book this hotel again if I'm planning to revisit Frankfurt.

It was better than I expected it to be , especially the helpfulness of the staff and the room facilities. The room was spacious, had great views , had buttons to control the curtains , a wireless phone charger and was some what luxurious. The buffet breakfast was very good. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was there wasn’t any food in the minibar only drinks. Apart from that I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it.
