The breakfast was amazing – super complete and varied. Even though it’s a buffet, they make a real effort to change it up a bit every day, which we appreciated. The waffles were incredible! We stayed in a superior room and the views were beautiful – such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The area is also very calm to drive around, and we felt it was really safe to leave the car parked.

The pool hours felt a bit short, especially in summer – it closed at 6PM while there was still a lot of sun and heat (you can sunbath but not swim after those hours). Also, dinner ended at 9:15PM, which seemed early considering most people come back from the beach around 6–7PM and need a bit of time to get ready. Lastly, we were surprised to find that the safe box on the room had an extra charge of €3. We understand it’s a service, but it felt a bit odd – we had never encountered that before.

Apartment simply but efficiently furnished. Quiet location overlooking the greenery - you are not looking at someone else's balcony or parked cars. Close to town centre - approx 8 min walk, 4 min beach, 2 min shop where we bought breakfast and coffee in the morning. We did not take advantage of the breakfast offered. Cleaning and towel change worked. Beautiful pool.

Beautiful property, spotless & spacious with a Spar close by. Mia on reception was very attentive during our stay, always happy to help.

If I had to pick something, the only minor downside to this property is it’s 25 minute walk to Cala D’or centre where all the shops, restaurants & bars are but we didn’t mind the walking and appreciated the quietness around the property during the night.

The whole compound was really beautiful. Loved the pool area and our private garden

We were 3 friends sharing 2 bed apartment. I had the master suite which was fabulous. 2 sisters shared a twin room which was basically only suitable for children. There were no clothes hangers when we arrived and what came when we requested them were not fit for purpose. All our clothes had to be draped over furniture. No shelving to place makeup or toiletries. Cooker hob not working. No full mirror in twin room. Toaster and Iron were readily supplied when we asked. The property was beautiful but lacking in the small practical items which make a home from home, when on holiday. Wonderful staff especially Michael and Santi. A little tweaking is all thats needed to make it perfect.

I loved the room and the food!

There was one staff member in particular who made me feel unwelcome. He had brown hair and was the manager I believe in the restaurant. He first laughed at me when I didn’t understand the buffet/drink scenario. He then gave me funny looks throughout my stay. On my last evening he came over to me and only me to ask if I hadn’t paid a tab at the pool which I hadn’t been at that day. I think this was as I was the youngest in the hotel, he just didn’t treat me like others.

Firstly, staff were amazing - so willing to help and always had great advice and knowledge on the local area. Hotel is still new this year but you don't notice this around the hotel. Pool area is great with a nice bar for drinks and snacks. Breakfast has a good range of items and is in a nice tranquil location. Walk to the beach is 5 minutes (if that). Great location to central Cala D'or and the other Calas nearby. Also close to Porte Petro a beautiful sleepy marina village with great restaurants and views - worth a visit if nearby.

Lack of taxis - not the hotels fault at all as I understand it is a local arrangements that different taxi companies do not collect in others patches. But just be prepared that when you decide you want a taxi there may be none available.

The apartment was really nice. The pool was incredible.

The furniture was a little bit broken and the toilet was a bit old and stinking. They fix the problem in the end.

The apartment was very comfortable, nicely decorated spotlessly clean. It was very close to the beach and shops/restaurants. The receptionists and waiters were very helpful and friendly. The pool area was lovely.

Shelves in the bathroom to put our toiletries would have been helpful, a dressing table to sit and to make up would have been nice and we needed more hangers.

We stayed in a great 2 bed apartment with a private garden. The hotel gifted us with a bottle of cava which was a lovely touch! The hotel is in a great location and all the staff are wonderful

Not a fault of the property but it was difficult to get a sunbed, they were being reserved from 6am. Beach is only a couple minute walk away though

Proximity to the beach and pool area.

Apt had a hob but there were no pots , pans or utensils. A lot missing from kitchen. Informed reception who ensured they would look into it. We weren’t cooking but important to have these if staying with children in particular. This was only downside to an otherwise lovely apartment.
