The location of the hotel is close to the Airport. The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable and has a team of excellent staff. A Tram Terminus, P+R Al. Krakowska, is situated at a walking distance and is a great advantage to ta business traveler. Besides a host of buses, 3 major trams, numbering 7, 9 and 15, start and terminate here linking all corners of the city of Warsaw. Although the hotel is located by a main road, it is very quite and has very green surroundings. Just across the hotel on the other side of the road has big retail stores including a really large Lidl Supermarket which stays open till 11:00 pm. For those interested in PlaneSpoting , there is mound / raised platform nearby where a lot of people watch planes taking off upfront. My 4 Stars out of 5 to Air Hotel.

Breakfast menu could be better. Although decent, breakfast could be better with a little more variety of the main dishes.

The facilities were very good, beds were comfortable, shower good, bathroom clean. There was room for luggage. Shuttle service to the airport was what we needed. We left at 5am on the shuttle to the airport before breakfast so we were able to get nice breakfast bags to take with us for 40PLN each - these consisted of 2 meat and cheese sandwiches, yogurt, an orange, juice box, and 2 chocolate wafer bars. We didn't have to buy food at the airport.

Communication was a bit hard for travellers without a local phone. I had to activate my home sim card at a cost just to phone the hotel to request the shuttle. It would be really helpful for travellers if the hotel could receive rcalls on Whatsapp which is the app so many people in Europe use and works for us folks from other continents with esim data on their phones.

The room was EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed. The airport transfer service was extremely useful and efficient, with departures every 30 minutes. Located right behind Chopin Airport - it is definitely easier to reach by car than by public transport. Overall, I had a very good experience and was highly satisfied with the accommodations and services provided.

The only small inconvenience was that I could hear my neighbors talking until midnight. However, the good news is that each room is equipped with earplugs, which helped a lot.

Staff was very helpful. Including the night staff. Email communication was excellent and fast. Very comfy rooms. No external noise. Some guests were loud though. They had a display board for tracking all flights. Shuttle service was prompt even late at night.

Coffee could be freshly brewed and more variety. It wasn't bad, but I would love good coffee even if it is at the reception. The quantity was great.

I loved how close the hotel was to the airport and how fast the shuttle got there. I loved the staff - very friendly and helpful girls. The room, its colors, and the possibility to see the lift-off planes. There is everything you need for leisure or work and lovely indirect lightning.

Basically, there is nothing I didn't like. Probably for some people the sound of the lift-off plane is too loud even with a closed window. I heard it, but I love airplanes, so for me, it was totally fine.

Very convenient for flights in and out of Chopin Airport (WAW). The breakfast was good with many choices. The shuttle got me to the airport in 15 minutes or so. This does what it is meant to do very well -- provide a place to stay near the airport when you are flying out the next morning.

There was nothing I did not like because it met my simple needs of needing a place to stay near the airport. If someone is looking for a night life or as a place to stay when touring around Warsaw, this would not be the place. But for the simple requirement to get on an early flight (or a need to stay overnight when arriving late), this fits the bill.

Very, very comfortable bed! Could hear some noises from the airport, but they also have earplugs available in the rooms. The free airport shuttle was a convenient addition. Big working table and the little adjustable lamp on it were very nice. I also liked the good setup of the room in general.

At one point, I did hear some noises through the walls, but I had an excellent sleep nevertheless. Really nothing bad to point out.

It was a nice hotel and no bad stay. I like the room overall, but unfortunately, the room missing USB ports for battery chargers, so you need to bring your own plug. However, you can ask reception for any type of phone charger. The hotel is very close to the airport, but we have not heard any airplane noises through the windows. The big plus of this hotel is that transfer to the airport is included in the price and it is about 15 minutes drive on the small transfer bus. Breakfast was not included in the price, so we paid for it at reception, but to be honest, breakfast was ok. My kid did not have much to it, since her favorite oatmeal was not cooked, and you can not cook it by yourself with hot milk from the coffee machine. For adults, there were more options but not so tasty as mine. Overall this hotel is perfect for one night's stay.

Air conditioning could get better work. it was insufficient for a room size not able to effectively cool whole bedroom.

The facility was very clean, modern and comfortable. We had a room with three beds and it had ample space for all of us. The facility was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The shuttle service was effective and got us to the airport on time and safely. This is a wonderful airport hotel.
