great hotel in the absolute center, back against the park and the chateau. Beautiful setup, great rooms, polite staff, speak English. We were happy with our stay! It felt like we were staying in the forest village almost while we were actually in the center! The chef at the restaurant was fantastic and accommodated for dietary needs (well done, no milk/butter)

I had expected for a bit more breakfast variety for 18eur pp... All food available was fantastic but again - some more fresh options would have been great (i.e. veggies, tomatoes, etc). There was 2 cheeses and 1 ham, 2-3 breads and 2 croissant types. Given how close to nature the hotel is also some mosquito screens for the balconies would have been nice. Of course there was AC but some ppl prefer open windows. Final small detail - one plank on the balcony was detached and i tripped and almost fell walking on it. no biggy :)

It was a well appointed room, the staff were friendly, helped me secure a taxi to CDG. Breakfast was good, and the staff at the breakfast were helpful. I had to get a relatively early taxi to CDG, and everything went well.

A minor point: the restaurant is only open for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays. This was a Thursday, and it would have been convenient if the restaurant was open, but I understand why not. It's on a side street, so was a little challenging to find, but on the other hand, it was quiet.

This hotel is adjacent to the gardens of Château de Fontainebleau. Very elegant and decorated with excellent taste, it breathes a feeling of comfortable luxury. Reception staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and just super-nice to deal with. Wonderful conversations! Our room was a bit too small but otherwise had all the amenities you can expect from a 4-star hotel. Most importantly (to me anyway): the shower worked perfectly. The hotel had sent us an email a coupe of days prior to our arrival saying that the air conditioning was broken. We accepted anyway but yes, it was too hot.

Do not expect anything else than typical French breakfast. You'll have to order (instead of grabbing it from the buffet) your coffee, orange juice or glass of water. For free, but still... But what really made the experience less pleasurable was to see that the wireless network, that people have been complaining about for months (or years?) still does not work. The same was true, it seems, for the air conditioning, before it finally broke down completely when outside temperatures reached 32°C.

Location is great for shops, restaurants and Chateaux. Room was comfortable & spacious. The staff were really friendly & helpful. The Gina restaurant was fabulous.

The hotel doesn’t have a car park and does not have any concessions for the closest public parking (Place Des Armes). It is possible to buy a weekly ticket which is good value but has to be booked in advance.

Rooms were well lit, intelligently organized and in good working order ( bathroom facilities, coffee machine, etc). Staff was friendly and I liked the location.

Allowing for the closeness to the New Year holiday, they were short handed and there was only one person overseeing the breakfast service which was chaotic.

We stayed in the suite with terrace. It was beautiful and very large. Centrally located with entrance to the Chateau Gardens a few steps away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant on one of the nights - food was superb, staff fantastic and wonderful live band.

The gorgeous log fire in the courtyard as you walk in followed by the charming welcome by the reception staff, and then the most delightful barman for pre dinner drinks. What more could you ask for?

Great location next to the chateau park. Quiet inner courtyard. Lovely space and elegant yet comfortable furniture in our very large room. Delicious hot continental and full breakfasts, with home made jams, and gluten free madeleines.

Given the price we paid, a few small details could be improved: bathroom mirrors strangely low in relation to the sinks for people of ordinary height, bathtub fixture held on with scotch tape, front desk service inflexible and overly administrative upon arrival.

Everything - best staff anywhere in the world; sublime dining experience; beautiful hotel - Nuxe products, luxe 'smell' to the whole place. Director Eloise (?) a stunning, charming hotel Manager; Gabrielle who heads the dining room - absolutely brilliant. The three of us LOVED our stay here.

Huge room in a well located building with a beautiful garden setting right next to the gardens of chateau Fontainebleau. Feels hip and updated especially with a bar at the reception area. Nice staff and great breakfast and dinner.

The layout of our very long room 32 was somewhat awkward / off- so placing and finding things took a while to get used to. The heating was not working so we had a space heater that wasn’t working at first and needed to be changed. Pricing a lot more relative to the other places In Fontainebleau. The path to reception is cobbled so you hear all the suitcases check in and out when your room is on the ground floor.
