Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Staff were helpful in finding places nearby to eat or spend time. Katrina especially was very welcoming and greeted us whenever she saw us. I also liked the room had options for streaming for entertainment.

It is of no fault of the hotel, but I did not like booking.com showed this place as being pet friendly when it did not allow animals. Hotel was helpful in recommending nearby hotel that accepts pets for next time.

Overall, my stay was comfortable, but there were a few areas for improvement. When it says 'Breakfast included', it would be great if it was specified that it's a limited continental breakfast with no hot options, rather than a full buffet. Additionally, the staff could work on being more welcoming and friendly. While they were efficient, they didn't go out of their way to make me feel valued as a guest. With a few tweaks, this hotel could be even better! Or, if you want to be more concise: "Comfortable room, but breakfast was a limited continental spread (no hot options) and staff could be friendlier. With more clarity on breakfast options and a warm welcome, this hotel would shine!"

Property was beautiful, both ladies I encountered at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful

When I checked in and received my room as I approached the door it smelled like mildew when I walked into my room it was a very strong smell. I called one of the housekeepers and she smelled it as well and sprayed odor ban on the floors a couple of minutes later it was back and extremely strong so I called the front desk to ask for another room which they accommodated right away. In the evening the hotels Hallway had a cigarette smell and I traveled with my children one of which is an asthmatic so it concerned me, especially with the heat.

I did not have breakfast, we went out, there are lots of places nearby to enjoy the typical american breakfast with, so there is no comment. The rooms are ok, have space, AC, heating, etc. The rooms have their bathroom with a good size, TV is in the room, the internet is fast enough for work. Staff is friendly, helpful, parking is amazing. A small gym and pool offer their availability as well. Nearby with a car are lots of restaurants, as well as shopping opportunities.

Rooms are a bit noisy, I could hear my next door neighbour and the hallway, even with a solid door, and people are not careful on their sounds. The bathroom is from the 70s when you shower (the mix battery) and is curtain based in a tub, doable but not showers for two. House keeping moved around, did not make my bed, which was interesting to watch, no clue when they would do this. The bar was not always open (Sunday evening closed), and service slow.

the smell of the room. as soon as you walk in it is a musty smell. My husband said it smells like mildew. despite me spraying lysol and body spray once you leave the room and return the smell hits you to the point i started to wonder if its the carpet. I recommend a deodarizer carpet powder is needed when vaccuming at least

Reservation included breakfast, however breakfast was not a buffet style setup. Everything was al la carte, even a cup of coffee!! The staff was short handed because of issue with a staff member and was completely understandable, so I’m not complaining a short handed staff Just wasn’t expecting an al la carte breakfast!

Everything about this place was amazing. The hospitality and friendliness the staff showed was unforgettable. The comfort of the bed and pillows made it hard to leave. I absolutely loved the convenience of the location also. Thank you!

I thought there was complimentary breakfast and coffee, but must have been a mistake on my part when I read the information when booking

The property is modern and beds are comfortable. I am 6'0 tall and was pleased the bed size was accomodating. I also really liked the modern bathroom. They even use Cottonelle toilet paper. The TV was a nice size as well. I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

I selected a room to include breakfast but was dissapointed the breakfast was not buffet. I was expecting a various selection to choose from but this option was not available. The cafe makes a to go sandwhich and a small cup of fruit. That was it. This hotel is expensive to stay and rates are one of the highest and I would have thought they would not have skimped on the breakfast. Despite the dissapointing breakfast and expensive rates my stay was awesome!

The room but the first night. The room next door had a loud situation occur that was extremely loud and upsetting. I called the front desk and it was resolved immediately. The other nights were nice and quiet.

No free breakfast.
