This place is all about the location. The view from the Cabana is unrivaled & you literally step out of your room onto the beach. The sea was super rough at the time of travel but there's also a pool for swimming + spa facilities (didn't have time to use). Good Wifi in room only.

We arrived & the place was a little like a ghost town - even to the point that we had to search for someone to check us in which was rather odd. The Cabana's bar/restaurant and even reception all appear to be closed & this wasn't explained to us at check in. Possibly this is an out of season thing, so you do need to walk 200m to the neighbouring hotel. The plus side is that you get to use the hotel bar/restaurant & back at the Cabana, we pretty much had an entire beach and pool to ourselves. The minus is that if you need anything there's literally no one around to ask without walking 200m to the hotel reception. Note that the phones in the room don't work.

The location was excellent. It was serene. The staff was delightful and helpful Outlook from the room was breathtaking. When you step out of the room you're stepping out into koggala Beach. Although the pool was small it was quite adequate. The bar and the dining area were quite spacious.

Although the staff was quite polite and helpful They lack hospitality.

Secluded romantic getaway, beautiful views, almost no people on the beach

Poorly maintained facilities, common in Sri Lanka. It was a quiet period and the staff were not attentive to the few guests that where staying in the property, very slow service.

This is a very quiet location on a long deserted beach. The rooms look out onto the sea, it's magical. There were few guests there for our stay. The staff couldn't do more for us, they were very attentive. Breakfast was really good.

Receptionist not good speak english and not really good hospitality.

Everything was just great! Stuff was really friendly and helpful in any cases. Beach is just in front of the room. Highly recommend 🤗

+View from the rooms is amazing, beautiful private beach right in front! + Rooms are clean and cute + breakfast was decent but western, no local options

- Payment issues - credit card didnt work at check-in, then was chased multiple times by a staff member to pay including knocking on the room when the place was empty and they could have easily found us at a convenient time - Staff was missing a lot, could not find anyone to get the wifi password from, get water, etc. - Nice place but felt overpriced

The location is great, its directly on the beach. But there is not much around. Stuff is very friendly, but sometimes not really cooperative.

The breakfast could be a lot improved, they had egg with ham and sausage. As a vegetarian, there is not much to eat.
