We arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time, and the staff kindly let us rest in the lobby. They even offered us tea, coffee, and croissants, and we had access to the restroom while we waited. The room was cozy and comfortable, equipped with a fridge, air conditioning, and all necessary toiletries. In the morning, we enjoyed a nice breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful – they gave us great advice on how to get to Venice quickly and easily. Taking the train turned out to be the best option. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

It would have been nice to have slippers in the room for more comfort. Also, it was unpleasant to find long black hairs on the floor.

I am staying in this hotel for the second time. It is the hotel that fairly reflects value for money. The room is big and tall, bright but at the same time has black out curtains. The bathroom is clean and with products for a 3 star hotel. You have complimentary still and mineral water in the room on arrival. The AC is wonderful, it works perfectly, as does the Wi-fi . The staff is friendly and willing to help you. The location is perfect, 10 min from the train station or the center. Within 5 min walk is an area full of traditional restaurants. The area where the hotel is located is a quiet and beautiful one. Next time in Treviso, I will stay here again.

Well-placed for getting around Treviso, and for access to the station. I had a spacious and quiet room, and the breakfast was certainly ample. The staff were always polite and helpful (in good English).

The hotel's website could make finding its whereabouts easier. The plug in the washbasin did not hold water (no problem as I always travel with my own plug). The room contained an amazing number of switches - working out which one controlled which light could be difficult.

I love everything,the receptionist were very kind and professional ,rooms are big ,big balcony ,bed comfortable,light in the rooms are nice , decorations are perfect

It was spiders on the walls of my rooms and ants on my bed, pillows, clothes and computer I informed reception about it but i think it was late because my duration of stay were just 3 days and I informed in last day so they promised me they will solve this problem but anyway I love the hotel it was my second time I stayed there and sure I will back again with my husband and friends ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were super great, spoke perfect english and very helpful. The breakfast was very good also, had many choices. Its very close to the centre, and its in a peaceful place. There was no noise at night. The main area of the hotel is very clean and modern. Breakfast was peaceful, never crowded. We had a nice balcony overlooking one of the streets which i liked. The reception staff were great, they let us leave our hand luggage stored in the hotel for a few hours after check out so we could go around the city freely.

The room is quite small, and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The cleaners obviously dont clean the room very well because it was quite gross in the corners/ behind bathroom door. Also inside the toilet was not clean. The bedsheets were not changed once because i noticed she flipped the pillow upside down instead of changing the pillow case (there was a stain). I hope it was at least changed before we arrived. This was the only problem, everything else was super.

This is my third time staying here, which already says a lot! The room is a good size, very clean, with a super comfortable bed. It’s bright during the day, but the blackout curtains work perfectly for sleeping. The location is excellent, close to everything, and the balcony is a nice bonus. The staff are polite and helpful, and the Wi-Fi is great. If you’re on a budget but want to stay in a good area, this is definitely the place. Perfect for a city break!

The hotel could not be more central, everything that is worth visiting in Treviso is walking distance. Our room was spacious and clean.

We happened to join the hotel with a large traveller group. Breakfast was a nightmare - not enough spaces and everything on the buffet polished and empty. It is probably different if there is not so many guests, but there is very limited space in the breakfast area, certainly when it’s almost fully booked

Breakfast was quite good, and also liked the attention and friendliness of the staff. Rooms were comfortable and we also had one with a balcony which was very nice to have.

Last night we had an issue with the AC making a sound all night which kept us up. But honestly, it was late and we weren't able to tell anyone about it since we were checking out early the next day. Otherwise, I'm sure they would have done something about it.

The hotel is very modern and wonderful, especially regarding interiors. The staff is very helpful and nice (they offered me to deposit the luggage ahead of my stay for a couple of hours). The breakfast is selection is very wide, it can satiate both sweet and savoury breakfast fans. There are also vending machines inside. The hotel is very close to the historical centre of Treviso.

Only a tiny drawback is lack of a kettle inside the room.

The hotel's central location made exploring easy, and the convenient airport bus access was a plus. The clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and basic breakfast enhanced my stay. While the AC was centrally turned off due to winter mode, the room was quite warm and suffocating. Fortunately, opening the windows provided fresh air, though it did come with some road noise. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again!
