I am staying in this hotel for the second time. It is the hotel that fairly reflects value for money. The room is big and tall, bright but at the same time has black out curtains. The bathroom is clean and with products for a 3 star hotel. You have complimentary still and mineral water in the room on arrival. The AC is wonderful, it works perfectly, as does the Wi-fi . The staff is friendly and willing to help you. The location is perfect, 10 min from the train station or the center. Within 5 min walk is an area full of traditional restaurants. The area where the hotel is located is a quiet and beautiful one. Next time in Treviso, I will stay here again.

It was spiders on the walls of my rooms and ants on my bed, pillows, clothes and computer I informed reception about it but i think it was late because my duration of stay were just 3 days and I informed in last day so they promised me they will solve this problem but anyway I love the hotel it was my second time I stayed there and sure I will back again with my husband and friends ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were super great, spoke perfect english and very helpful. The breakfast was very good also, had many choices. Its very close to the centre, and its in a peaceful place. There was no noise at night. The main area of the hotel is very clean and modern. Breakfast was peaceful, never crowded. We had a nice balcony overlooking one of the streets which i liked. The reception staff were great, they let us leave our hand luggage stored in the hotel for a few hours after check out so we could go around the city freely.

The room is quite small, and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. The cleaners obviously dont clean the room very well because it was quite gross in the corners/ behind bathroom door. Also inside the toilet was not clean. The bedsheets were not changed once because i noticed she flipped the pillow upside down instead of changing the pillow case (there was a stain). I hope it was at least changed before we arrived. This was the only problem, everything else was super.

Breakfast was quite good, and also liked the attention and friendliness of the staff. Rooms were comfortable and we also had one with a balcony which was very nice to have.

Last night we had an issue with the AC making a sound all night which kept us up. But honestly, it was late and we weren't able to tell anyone about it since we were checking out early the next day. Otherwise, I'm sure they would have done something about it.

The hotel's central location made exploring easy, and the convenient airport bus access was a plus. The clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and basic breakfast enhanced my stay. While the AC was centrally turned off due to winter mode, the room was quite warm and suffocating. Fortunately, opening the windows provided fresh air, though it did come with some road noise. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again!

Very good location close to the centre the Dom is near by..close to rail station as well ..7 min walking. Very good wi fi..helpful and friendly people at the reception. The towels was changed every day and also we had the bad make and clean room each day. The hotel has also a small but nice smoking area and they are pet friendly you can travel with your pet. Near the hotel walking to the Dom is a supermarket.

A balcony would be nice.

Easy check in process. Good wi-fi. Taxi from airport took about 10-12 minutes and cost 15 euros. Return in private hire was 20 euros. Organised by the hotel. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. Bedroom very comfortable. Andrea on Reception Desk was excellent. He booked a table for us at a very popular local restaurant: Cae d'Oro. And fixed an issue with the safe in the room. Also recommended 2 pizza restaurants. Da Pina was the best. Hotel in a great location. Only minutes away from the centre of town.

Only 1 pillow each. Would have preferred 2 each. Hot water was only tepid. At 8am each morning local church bells chimed. Counted 100 chimes. Not the fault of the hotel. Our room safe failed to work. A young lady on Reception came immediately to our room to fix it. She was unable to resolve the problem and promised to return, which she didn't. Hotel provided street plan which was useless. Lacking in names of streets and tourist sites. Ended up going to the Tourist Office.

We had a decent sized room, comfortable to stay in. Bathroom and shower was good. Bed comfortable. It feels like a 3 star hotel but in terms of value for money it is a good place to stay. The place has a happy safe feel about it. The reception staff truly stand out for their enthusiasm and helpfulness.

Be aware that there is quite a significant disparity between rooms. The first room we were offered looked out into an enclosed inner courtyard. Very dark and with a sealed window, to prevent access to the room from a fire escape ladder. Had we not then been offered another room, I wouldn't have stayed.

Nice, chic, spacious, renovated room. Comfy bed, big, well equipped bathroom. The location was very good also! Parking space near the hotel, a few minutes away from the city center.

Despite the fact the hotel rooms were renovated, we had mold in bathrooms (our room and our friends also). We stayed just for a short period in the room and did non affected us much, but it’s something that definitely must be revised and repaired.

We are very satisfied. The location is great, everything is close by. They immediately upgraded our room when they saw me with the baby. The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast is really good. But the best part is their kind staff, who make you feel welcome and comfortable. We were lucky to have the wonderful Gloria take care of us. Many thanks to her for everything!
