The staff was excellent and always helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The location offered great value for money. The rooms were clean and equipped with cable channels, adding to the comfort. The food was delicious, and the room service was exceptionally attentive. Overall, I can confidently say I’ll visit this place again.

I ordered my dinner around 7 PM, but it was delivered to my room around 9 or 9:30 PM. The room didn’t have an iron, so I had to ask the staff for one, but it was of poor quality. The free Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, so I had to use my phone as a hotspot to access the internet.

Raveesha at the front desk was exceptional ! One of the most efficient front desk agents I have met in my extensive travel history. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the city. She was the main reason we extended our stay. All the staff was awesome. Lovely homely place to stay.

Even though the restaurant food was absolutely amazing & we were the only guests eating there, it was 1 hour to get our food.

I really liked being able to be free in the room.

Some of the facilities in the room are lacking, especially the TV signal and the wifi signal are a bit weak. Those are the things I didn't like. If those shortcomings are fixed, the hotel will be great.

Restaurant and the food was very nice. A few rooms were nice and big.

A group of us came there. A few rooms were nice and big. One of the rooms was not great at all. The Washroom Room roof was so low, and it's so small.

Hotel is definitely above the rate compare to other facilities in the area. We ordered dinner from 'a la carte menu' and food was really good. We also enjoyed morning breakfast (was not buffet on that day). Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. It was value for money.

Exceptional Staff. Manager Dilran, Receptionist Raveesha, Indika Restaurant Supervisor and other support staff including the tea-making restaurant staff worker Fonseka were great. They were warm, welcoming and friendly.
