The hotel is in a excellent location for shops and restraunts. Slaveia was a fantastic host along with her colleague both extremely friendly. The apartment was spacious and equipped with most things you needed. Cleanliness was spot on every day. The view from the apartment was brilliant. We will definitely be back as soon as we can. Nothing to dislike.

The property is on a perfect location, next to an ancient church, and there is no other property on each of the sides , which make it very exceptional, the only houses are opposite the street. We were in A08 sea view, beautiful apartment with a sofa bed for our kid and a master bedroom for us. There is a kitchen with all necessary utilities. The bathroom is big. The terrace has table and chairs, we had our morning coffee there and it is amazing. In front of us was only the sea and the shorts of Sveti Vlas and Elenite. We are extremely happy with our choice, maybe the best such place we have stayed.

The view over the sea and marina was amazing. The room was spacious, clean, we had a large apartment with sea view. Amazing atitude from our host, very polite and nice. The room has a nice kitchenette, one large bathroom and a balcony. Location was right in the heart of old town, facing the sea. Acces directly from the street, parking was at 10 meters and it was free. We were very happy with the location and with our host - definetly we will come back

It could do better with the vesels and with the spoons and dishes ....

Very well located in Old Town Nessebar. The room are opposite to the street, so it’s quiet. My bathroom was newer and the property was very clean.

The lower rooms are facing the sea but because of the low level, the view is mostly a large parking lot. I was also uncomfortable to let the windows open at night because my balcony was right to the access to the parking, so anyone could enter.

Upon our arrival we comunicate with the lady on the phone to get us thru the barrier of the old town to the vila with the car to unload the lugages at the property.When we did that ,we obtained the keys and free parking card from the receptionist lady which explained via google translator everything .After unloading we just drive out and park the car just below the property on the gated car park.it was safe and easy reach,just few metres and steps from the property.You could see your car from the window. The Location of the property is in the old town,you just walk off the entry door across the street and dive into the labyrinth of the narrow little streats with restaurants,market,shops coffes you name it.The atmosfer of the Nesebar Old town is memorable and very special.the local little beach was ok ,we had tryed after we arrived and you can have a swim in the sea ,but the best is realy to go to sunny beach.

There is nothing bad to say,everything for us was just great.

The view is probably the best in Old Nessebar, balcony and bed view to the Black Sea is just an unforgetable experience. You are just 3-5 min away from the historical places and some good restaurants. Parking is 3 min away. Host is very nice. Very good cleaning service. Overall, the accommodation is outstanding, the rooms are very very spacious and very colourful, giving you positive vibes, perfect for a getaway from big city and work.

The sofa in the living room is not really ideal for a perfect vacation sleep, although the host was very friendly and provided us with a quality, memory foam topping. The other bed, from the bedroom, was very comfy for the other family members.

The apartment with sea view is just amazing. The staff (cleaning ladies) were just amazing. Thank you for it.

The flat which was reserved was not the one we got it (at the beginning). We had to insist to switch and get the apartment desired. Recommendation: request photos of the apartment you will get. The current photos for 'Superior One-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View' are from all apartments. No all of them have the view you are expecting.

There isn't a better location in Nessebar. The balconies offer uninterrupted sea views. The apartment was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The best part was Slovaya, the manager. She was always available and, although we don't speak Bulgarian, we communicated very effectively with Google translate. She booked an early morning taxi for us on the last day and even came in early to make sure our taxi arrived. A very relaxing stay and we recommend Villa Elea very highly The old town is wonderful with its mix of ancient ruins, houses, hotels, restaurants, beaches and shops. We didn't need to leave the old town for anything

Nothing at all

Absolutely perfect place in Nesebar. I searched for a long time before I found it. Its in the historical centre but not at the beginning and in June it was not overcrowded with tourists around. The only drawback is that you don't have access to arrive to the apartment house by car to load/unload luggage - it's not a huge problem because the parking is approx. 200 metres distant, but there is lot of stairs. Otherwise the parking was flawless in the time of our stay (June) - it was only half full. Btw. its a little strange for us to see that maybe a tenth of the historical centre is occupied by a parking lot, but for tourist arriving by car as us it is very comfortable - you stay in the very very historical centre, at absolutely quiet location and you can even see your car from the terrace.

What a treat to arrive at Hotel Elea after such a long travel from Sofia! We came on a day that was 30 degrees or more, so you can picture the heat, but to our surprise, the Hotel Elea was lovely, cool, and inviting. Slovya, the manager, led us to our pristine, air-conditioned room, which was designed with lovely beach overtones and included a delightful balcony with views of the Black Sea. She also made it clear that she would be pleased to help us with anything we needed.

Everything was great
