Bruna and her staff were magical! They knew I was a solo traveler and they really went out of their way each day to make my experience marvelous! They arranged airport taxi for me. I stayed almost 2 weeks. Their facility was spotless, charming, and everyday I was spoiled with cappuccino. They had the best breakfast selection of fresh fruit, cereals, croissants, meats/cheeses, Jams, tea, oh! just anything you want, to satisfy your appetite. Everyday they greeted me with warm hospitality and the breakfast was 10/10!!!!!!! My room was beautiful. I loved sunning on the terrace, it was a spectacular lounge experience. There is also jacuzzi! You can’t ask for a better stay.

We came to this hotel not expecting much (just a stop next to the highway) and we were delightfully surprised. The spa has a very nice atmosphere (it's 10€/person) , a sauna, a hammam and an ambiant shower. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but had everything you needed. The complimentary breakfast was very good ! Bonus point, the restaurant next door is truly exceptional. We will be back !

We stayed here for four nights while on a work trip. The hotel is very good regarding cleanliness, and the staff is supportive and helpful. The breakfast was also satisfactory and met our needs for a short stay. The train station is within walking distance, and there is a good Indian restaurant nearby. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to other Milan travelers.

The hotel was perfectly located to our needs (not far from Malpensa airport) and next to the lake. The immediate area of the hotel is not the most exciting but you can easily reach by car nearby towns, restaurants with the view of the lake. The hotel has a big parking. The reception staff was friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Breakfast is served in a way that you can’t access the food line with ham, bread and cheese. You must tell what you want and a staff member will put it on your plate. It was inconvenient.

The staff are very nice and hospitable, the rooms are clean and neat, nice location and enough free parking.

Decent hotel for an overnight stay, in a close proximity to Milan Malpensa (30mins drive). The room was well equipped and it was very clean too. The building overall is a bit dated, but this doesn't really matter for a short stay. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, something that added points to our overall experience

Very friendly staff, excellent price, comfortable bed, nice & simple breakfast. Close to Arona which is a nice town go walk around. The steak house next door is excellent. We stayed here as we wanted to be close to MXP Malpensa airport

It was fine for a one night stay. It is in the side of a busy road but that didn’t bother us too much.

Amazing solarium with a jacuzzi. Good breakfast. Good air conditioning. All in all a good stay

We found a silverfish in the bed and that made us a bit unconfortable. We only saw the one so hopfully no more.

The staff were excellent. The hotel was very modern and clean and the rooftop jacuzzi and loungers were very relaxing. The proximity of the hotel was good for local shops, but also it was a very short drive to Arona which was very handy.

lovely hotel , very clean and equipped with everything you need. booked very last minute due to a cancelled flight and where super accommodating. Lovely terrace with a hot tub. Spa was very nice and worth the money. Staff also very friendly and helpful highly recommend
