The hotel is in a perfect location for food, shopping and near the interstate. This was our second stay and we will be back again since we visit Plainfield frequently for family. They are always very clean and hospitable. You do need to bring your own eating utensils (paper plates and plastic ware for eating). There is a two burner stove but also bring pans or pots to cook. Plenty of cabinet storage in the kitchenette for your items as well as a full size refrigerator! The laundry room has at least 2 washers and 2 dryers, being coins. They are nice to make change for you if needed. Also, I love the hardwood floors versus carpet that most hotels have. It helps cut down on allergies for my family.

I would love a coffee pot in the room but they do offer coffee in the lobby during certain hours.

The location was great, very close to the airport. I did not realize it was an extended stay hotel when I booked the hotel but it had positive reviews. I was getting ready to turn around when I got to the buzzer door at the entrance but the desk clerk buzzed me in and got me into my room quickly. The room was clean and tidy. Mattress protectors on the box spring and mattress. Fridge and stove were clean but I did it use them. It served it’s purpose well.

My husband likes to sleep with 2 pillows on the bed, so we asked for a 3rd pillow and it was provided quickly. We planned dinner out with family, not knowing our room had a full kitchen, which we could have used if I had paid more attention to the amenities.

The filter in the air conditioner was dusty. So we asked to have it cleaned and it was vacuumed out immediately. This is sometimes overlooked because it is hidden, but my husband has asthma so we always check the filter.

Great value and clean. We stay here on our annual trip to PA.

Needed bigger towels they were small and I am a small person. I cannot imagine if I was large. You are only given 1 per person. Plus the lobby smelled like perfume. We tried to stay on the way back home but the price tripled. Must be something going on. Frustrating that the rates can change that much. We found another place for the trip back home.

Clean. Quiet. Basic. No frills no extras and a price to match that. The front desk person was very nice and friendly even at our late hour check in. The room did need a few repairs but it was clean and had a kitchenette ( room 206) the bed was soft and the sheets were clean.

If I’m being super picky they don’t have an ice machine and one one vending machine with soda. But there’s shopping places right near by.

An attendant was available 24 hours a day, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, it had a refrigerator and the facility was close to the airport where I had to pick up a guest at 11:00pm. I was able to get back into the facility and my room with no problems.

When I first found this facility online it offered a room for $65.00, every time I came back to this website it raised the price another $10.00. Then after I got the final price and agreed to pay $75.00 for the room they added two more charges they never told me about. They added a 7% tax of $5.25 and another 8% city tax of $6.00 which brought the total price to $86.25. This price isn't what we agreed to and next time they give a total price to anyone they should include these taxes on the final total price! Don't tell me the total price of the room is $75.00 then add another $11.25 without telling me about it up front! When I get a final quote tell me the whole price right then!! And don't keep raising the price every time I come back to your website.

Very clean in and outside facility. Very large rooms. Beds and pillows okay. Like an efficiency studio. Would be nice to have some dishes or equipment in kitchen Like others I've stayed in.

Shower squealed. Don't know what the issue was with it. Very annoying. TV very small. Certainly not due to lack of space for one.

Very clean, curious staff, locked outside doors at night, perfect location with many stores and restaurants close by.

Only one pillow per person (two of us). It's a personal preference. I'm sure they would have given us more had we asked since staff were very courteous.

We were visiting for a concert in town and this hotel was more than accommodating. We ended up having to add extra nights and the front desk staff was super helpful. The room was really clean as well I would stay here again if I was visiting Indy again.

Very clean and pleasant staff. The front desk went out of their way to offer places to eat in the area. They were very patient and genuinely extremely nice.

Nothing about the property or staff was not pleasing. Everything was very satisfactory
