Staff went over A Beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed and that my stay was comfortable! Because I fell at home, I decided to become a member. I don’t think I will stay at any other hotel chain even though I have Marriott points I could’ve used staying here at this facility in. Avon has changed my mind and I am now every reward member simply because, they met all my expectations over and beyond. thank you and happy holidays

Once I became a member, the price was reasonable. I like the facility the staff the clown is all around hands-down one of the best franchises I have stayed at and I’ve been traveling for seven years. I am now rewards member and will always come to this facility. Highly recommended.

The facility is clean. It is quiet. The breakfast is very nice and the ladies in charge are delightful. I will undoubtedly book here again in the future.

Honestly, there is nothing that I did not like. It is expensive; but you get what you pay for. The facility is relative new, so maybe that is the reason? Or maybe they are trying to price out the marijuana/pot heads :)

Check in person was great! We had a flight delay & missed connection and hw was so gracious and helpful when we arrived at 1:30am.

When I booked the room, it was "pay at hotel" but while sitting at the airport after a missed connection I got an alert that my card had been charged for the entire stay without even so much as a call to make sure we were still coming. At the very most would have been one night stay charge for late cancel or no show. I would have expected a call and when asked about it, they were not helpful in the explanation nor was it a consistent reason. They listed several options behind the "why" but nothing definitive. Frustrating because I had planned to use a different credit card for the room.

The property was great. I was extremely unhappy about the check in issues we had. The hotel was booked on 11/6 through booking.com but the hotel did not have the reservation. Whose fault, I don’t know, but it was absolutely ridiculous to have to wait and deal with this issue when you book a hotel online for the convenience.

The cleanliness of the hotel and room, the staff was amazing and the location was perfect. Room was very spacious and the TV was actually very nice sized.

Breakfast was sparse or I should say not very well stocked. The omelets were gone, potatoes were almost gone, would have liked to have seen more out for early breakfast. 7 am. Waited almost 30 minutes and then they brought out about 6 of the omelets. Ended up just going out for breakfast.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was in a area that was away from the main road and was quiet. Fron desk staff was very polite and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and I got a great sleep. Also, I loved the shower. It had a pulsating shower head and it really helped with the headache I had because i felt like I was getting a head massage. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

I didn't like breakfast much. While there was many options to choose from, some of the food wasn't good. The bacon was pretty dry and I couldnt finish eating it. However, there was options of waffles, cereal, etc and it filled me up. Also, the pool seemed small. It looked like it could easily get crowded and not many different families/visitors could be there at once. Lastly, it would have been great to have additional seating in the hotel rooms. We only had the desk chair to sit in and would have been nice to have another chair to sit on instead of the bed.

. Modern cheerful facility. Well laid out and thoughtfully designed for functionality. Large rooms and windows. Nice 50 inch flat panel TV. Large bathroom with plenty of counter space. Nice glass enclosed shower.Bible??? Air condition unit very quiet 😌

channel..Well... a couple of small annoyances.. Not enough coffee packets. Since there is no bathtub in the units, I would have thought they would have complimentary shower caps available. None of the desk drawers had anything useful such as a phone book, list of restaurants close by, cable channel line up or note pads. Not even a bible??

Breakfast was excellent,we always try to stay at Hampton when traveling and breakfast is part of that reason.

The barn door to the closet and bathroom. Not a good decision.

Very friendly check in staff. Great location I've stayed here before and I will again when I am in town. Loved the bagged breakfast.

Shower didn't drain very well

Clean hotel, good room size. Beds were comfy too. Staff was very courteous. Will stay here again when I come visit family.
