Location was perfect! Stacey did the most to ensure we had a great time. We were a larger group travelling for a sports team and she accommodated our needs with patience and kindness.

Our shower was not draining, took a whole night to drain after taking a shower. Partner had to shower in the morning due to this, was a bit inconvenient.

Excellent location. The staff was helpful. Michelle Hayes was friendly and helpful; she responded in a timely manner when I needed help. The breakfast was excellent with many options. The hotel was clean.

The free breakfast was very good. The staff where very nice and helpful. The rooms where clean. The pool area was very nice.

Some of the bread or baked items for breakfast seemed kinda old or stale. There was no fresh fruit.

Breakfast was great, each day. Pool & spa were both clean & open. Reception staff(Tracy?), was very accommodating & a pleasure to check in with:)

Our bathroom sink had a dysfunctional plug, that wouldn't stay open on its own. Was going to mention to staff, but forgot to.very

Exactly what I expected.

Not enough staff, felt bad for those who were working hard, advised they are trying to hire. One cleaning person for entire hotel. We went into 3 rooms at check in at the first 2 had not yet been cleaned and the computer was updated that they had been.

Room 225 was a really good location, a bit removed from the main hallway, so we had a very quiet night. Our room was vey clean, with a comfortable king size bed, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, desk and upholstered chair. I prefer rooms with laminate flooring, but this carpet felt clean and fresh. Breakfast was very good, with some hot items.

Good selection of breakfast items including eggs, sausages and waffles. Pool was open 7 to 11 which was nice.

Rooms had a musty humid smell but I think that's inevitable in the hot weather and with the pool below.

Dirty washcloth in the shower on arrival, and the room was open when checked in not closed.

Location was great. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!!!

The carpets in the hallways were quite dirty and in need of either replacing or a really good cleaning.
