Could not have asked for more or better! Definitely would stay there again. Everything was impeccably clean, very stylish. The bathroom products were high-end quality products, the room was well equipped. It's a self check-in place, so no staff on site, but when I had a question, I messaged the property at 11PM through the Booking messaging service and I was answered instantly! We were going to stay in Sherbrooke initially as we spent the day at the Strom spa there, but the 20 min drive was definitely worth it, in comparison with other places in Sherbrooke that were more expensive and less well reviewed.

The place was exactly as portrayed online. Quiet, confortable, clean, cozy. Welcoming with facilities, cute balcony, sit down area, food corner with benches.

I booked the same night and they were having issues with booking.com for short delay giving us the code to enter. We had to call the emergency number and got help without fail.

Square Victoria Maison Hotel was a very nice respite after a long 12 hr. drive. The night I was there,my wife and I were the only guests. It was very peaceful. The bed was comfy, the shower was superb, the heated floors were nice and the cleanliness was top notch. The only small complaint would be; coming from the US, I wasn’t sure of the proper place to park. So I picked a spot and it all worked out. I would definitely stay again.

Beautifully redone small hotel. Bathroom was fabulous, big fluffy towels, shower with rainforest & handheld. Bed very comfortable. Room compact but well done from lighting to electrical outlets. Wifi worked well. The common rooms were tastefully decorated . Literature on the area was available. The terrace of of the dining area was a bonus. We enjoyed evening wine & breakfast there.

I have no complaints.

Staying there was like staying in a room that no one had stayed in before; it was that nice. Everything in the room was like new. I didn’t want to leave, so I doubled the length of my stay.

It didn’t bother me, but there is no staff on site except a custodian a few hours a day. I didn’t see her for a couple of days, but she was nice and polite when I eventually encountered her.

Very large and comfortable. Excellent location in the small town. Nearby Le Moulin restaurant very nice. Easy parking in front of the hotel.
