The place was really nice. It's in a good location with nearby spots to eat and get fuel. I was greeted with a warm welcome,and the check-in process was quick—which I appreciated since I was tired and just wanted to sleep. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I was a big fan of the many pillows, especially the extra ones I found in the closet. There were plenty of towels, too, which was a nice touch. The bed was great—super comfortable. I like my room cold like a freezer, and the AC delivered exactly that. The blankets were warm, cozy, and had a really pleasant smell.

The room was a bit outdated. For example, the light switch in the small hallway inside the room needed quite a bit of force to stay on—otherwise, it would flicker. The switches also looked a bit worn and discolored. Just little things like that. However, this was the only "negative" I noticed, and honestly, it's easy to overlook. There were plenty of other lights in the room that worked perfectly and made up for it.

Loved the location because we were tired of driving. We were able to park then walk over to The Cracker Barrel to eat dinner and then walk back to our room to rest. The location was perfect because we felt extremely safe while walking to and from The Cracker Barrel. The breakfast was about the same as you get in every hotel however, there was ample sitting room which is usually a problem in some hotels.

We could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. Plumbing was the worst of the sounds but it didn't keep us up.

The front desk clerk who checked us in seemed bored out of his mind, like he would rather be anywhere else to the point of seeming unfriendly. It made checking in uncomfortable. The hotel having an indoor pool for the kids was one reason we booked. The pool was disappointing, small, and was closed for maintenance all but one day of our stay. Why are there only 3 towels in a 2-Queen bed hotel room that sleeps 4 people.

I have nothing but high marks for this Inn. Cleanliness of the whole premises was a plus for me. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service upon our Late check in due to our delayed travels on the road from California. Our room was perfect as it included a Refrigerator, Microwave, sufficient storage space and spacious area. It was a comfortable and safe stay for myself and my family. No where short of being a Fantastic place.

We booked late. The lady got us in a little bit of trouble with the manager. She told us to go behind the counter to get an envelope. We couldn't find it. All she had to do was say "On to top of the counter is a basket. Lift it up for the envelop". How hard is that? The manager had to come and help us. He said "Don't ever go behind the counter". Rude, and it set me off. Besides that, my friend who was staying said he loved it and the guy was very nice to him and helpful.

Location was perfect for us. Staff friendly and efficient. Room very clean , air conditioner was quiet and worked perfectly. Plenty of parking and lot in good condition . Plenty of towels, pillows and soap-lotion. Hair dryer in room. This was the best value hotel we stayed in for the last 8 days. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Plenty of outlets for charging things.

The room was pretty clean and nice. We went for a wedding so it was perfect for one night.

The employee at night when we arrived was amazing and do helpful but in the morning the lady was completely the opposite. We asked if they have a high chair for baby and she said no. Then we figured they actually have but it was so dirty so we could’t use it. We asked another favor and she was not wanted to help at all.

we didn't use the pool, we usually enjoy a hot tub, but it didn't have one, used band aids were left by customers poolside. there was a sticky spill in the elevator that didn't get cleaned up the whole visit. our room shower didn't have body wash in the bottle windows in room had not been cleaned for a while and had handprint smudges from a child.

What an amazing stay for weary travelers. It was so nice to stay at a place like this when you’re tired and need a break from the road. The lady at the front was so understanding and took care of us. We came into the room and it was spotless with the nicest arrangement of styling and function. Love it here and will book again in the future.

Strong fragrance when you walk in and we asked housekeeping for clean bath towels ( she had a few in cart) and she said sorry no she only had one but a cart full of them. No big deal Went to front desk and got some.
