Great value for money, clear instructions on how to get there and close to the airport. Perfect for a long layover.

Since there were no signs for "Incheon Airport Guesthouse" I was a bit confused at first. It's just various rooms in the WorldGate building, Air BNB style. Would be good to clarify not to look for signage or a specific entrance.

Non face-to-face interaction is always a plus in my eyes. Easy to locate after taking the AICC shuttle bus from Gate 25 on P3 of Terminal 1. Get off at the first stop. Then just walk straight. The World Gate Building will be right across the first traffic crossing.

The bed's duvet was very thin. Comfier and more luxurious bed linen overall would round out the overnight stay perfectly.

They have mini kitchen and oven that could slightly prepare the breakfast and coffee, but the short of kitchenware and cutlery might bring you a challenge on cooking if you want to. It's suitable for long staying travelers as they had washing machine with spacious balcony and good view for drying out the clothes. The large 2 queen size single beds and spacious room could bring you a comfortable stay. It also locates closely to both directions of bus stops, no worry to miss any bus. The owner was so nice and responsible to your enquires, and to explain in details for any difficulties you encountered. Recommend to drop by.

Short of kitchenware and cutlery for cooking, lack of shelves for temporary storage in toilet.

The location is ideal for those early morning flights, just 5 minutes by free shuttle bus and 1 minute walk from the bus stop. I found it easily, I don't understand some of the comments saying it was hard to find. My room was huge (702), the bed was comfortable, firm but not rock hard like some Asian beds. The bathroom was clean and water pressure good. That's really all I needed for a night before my flight.

If I was really nitty picky I would say the pillows were too big and it would be nice to have a bed-side lamp.

Large room, well equipped (desk, fridge, toiletries, kettle) No personal contact with staff so it felt a little impersonal, but received updates and unlock code through Booking.com messages. Unlock code was sent on the day of arrival, which means you do need to go online on arrival at Incheon airport - if you donꞌt have a local Sim card, make sure you get the messages before leaving the airport. I also downloaded the relevant section of Google maps, to know how to get to the hotel from the shuttle stop. Itꞌs just a short walk. The airport shuttle took me a while to find: it was a few floors up from the arrival hall (the hotel did tell this in their instructions). There are various affordable eating places in and around the building.

The guesthouse is clean and well-equipped with everything you need. Towels, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, and other essentials are provided. The room features a kitchen, microwave, fridge, and washing machine, making it convenient for longer stays. It’s a spacious studio-style apartment with a beautiful city view. You can get there via a free shuttle from Terminal 1, though I opted for a taxi, which cost 20,000 KRW.

Finding the property was a bit challenging at first since the name “Incheon Airport Guesthouse” isn’t displayed anywhere on the building. Instead, you need to locate the World Gate Building, as the guesthouse operates in an Airbnb-style setup. Check-in is self-service, with the room number and password provided in advance.

The good 1. The guesthouse was spotless. 2. The guesthouse is in a great location as you can get a free shuttle bus or walk to the airport. There are numerous restaurants and convenience stores nearby. 3. The person we spoke with on Booking.Com spoke great English and was very communicative. We were given directions and told our entry details a couple of days in advance. 4. The beds are huge and comfortable. The bad 1. There wasn't any complimentary coffee or tea despite there being a kettle in the guest house. Such is standard and would have been really appreciated as I had to wake up at 4am. 2. It was difficult finding the nearest shuttle bus stop so I ended up walking to the Hyatt Hotel stop. A map would have been welcomed.

Very close to the Incheon airport, which was convenient for us because we had to catch an early plane. Also, there is a nice variety of restaurants and facilities on ground level of the building. Security codes for entering our room - it is a "no-staff" location - reached us well in time. We were able to get a good night's sleep before heading to the airport.

The location is PERFECT. We booked this the night before our flight from Incheon. You can see the airport from the window it is that close. The free shuttle bus was consistent and took 5 minutes. We each had our own double bed, a kettle, slippers, towels and a toothbrush/ toothpaste. It’s all self check in and the instructions made it pretty easy to find.

Very minor, but the bathroom is more of a wet room. The water comes out at the bottom when the shower is turned on. The shower itself is great so just don’t leave your clothes on the floor when you shower!
