It was fine for its price. The location is good. I love how they have Filipino staff who speaks our language. She offered us a rent a car service when she heard us talking about wanting to go to Temburong, which we appreciates a lot. The food is too Malay but of course “each to your own preferences”. I love how there’s variety too! The elevator looks a little creepy lol probably because the building is old and that’s understandable. We love how it’s clean and smelled good too. 😊😊

Nothing. It met my expectations.

The hotel room was spacious. Downstairs there is a cafe, convenient and easy to get meals. Every Friday there is a morning Market you can easily look for fruits, kuih and ready to eat food. Just walk behind the hotel. And you can walk like 50m to the main road. If you enjoy walking trail, the opposite side of the hotel on the main road is the water village and Yayasan shopping complex area.

The room is big enough for two person. Never thought that bedroom will be in other rooms, toilet in other room. Its like 1 room but with two room inside. Staff cleaned the room everyday, topup all mineral water and change the towel. Room got iron and iron board, chiller and tv. Aircond was nice and cold. Bathroom got bathtub also.

The pipe for the bidet in bathroom kinda loose and cannot turn it.

My second stay. Love the staff, locations, cafe with variety foods, rooms cozy, clean and nice.

Air-conditioning bit hot and old. Compared to my last visit, this time I'm staying at different floor. Maybe management should look into it or service the aircond.

The staff is amazing! Very attentive and nice, so helpful! Mrs Amal organized me a tour to the Ulu Temburong National Park on short notice. So lovely, thanks! Excellent place to stay with comfortable room and good restaurant, free shuttle from the centre.

Room a bit noisy from the street

They allowed earlier check in! They provided free transportation to the airport! The AC was really needed and good! The room was quite big. The location was in or near the city centre. The overall experience - great!

The shower worked ok, but would need an update.

Untidy carpet and not clean enough the bathroom. The night lamp doesn't even a switch! The wire is connected to the socket, but no way to turn it on/off

All staff are friendly and helpful.Thank you.They speak English.They offered free airport pick up and drop.The hotel is near city center and sights.Wifi was good.
