Central location, lovely rooftop bar terrace with iconic views. Very varied breakfast buffet. Helpful reception staff.

We had a 2 night stay in one of the 3 star rooms, be aware all rooms use the same facilities, but the 4 star rooms are as you would expect better. However, on the second day after the cleaner had been into the room, I dropped something and noticed a shoe that must have been left by the previous occupant under the bed ( definitely wasn't ours) . Obviously hadn't swept or vaccuumed properly! Shame, because it made me wonder what else hadn't been cleaned. ( probably unfairly) but still.

Very close to the centre of Girona, which is a lovely city. The hotel was going through renovations while we were there so the main reception area was closed and you had to get into the hotel through a side door, but that was not a problem and the staff are brilliant. The hotel is dog friendly and they charge 10€/night for them. They have a very secure underground car park but it is very tight so if you have a large car there are some sharp turns to manoeuvre around and the spaces aren’t huge (19€/night for parking). We have stayed here 6 times now and the dog friendly rooms are always clean and the air conditioning is effective. The roof top bar is a gem when it’s warm, with a terrace and comfortable furniture. There is a large wooded park within 5 minutes walk for exercising dogs, an unusual feature for a city centre hotel. In June 2025, a double room with parking, dogs and City Tax was £148.

There is not much to dislike about this city centre hotel. The facilities are good, the rooms are clean and comfortable (we’ve only had dog friendly rooms) and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great location for our first time in Girona. Short walk to the train station and close to the old part of Girona and the cafes and restaurants. Great spot as a base to explore Girona. The buffet breakfast was really good, staff were very friendly. Would happily stay here again if I was to return to Girona

Only issue we found was the room was quite stuffy and warm. there was what looked like a temperature control on the wall but it was set to 15 and the temperature felt like about 25 so I don’t think the control actually did anything.

Very friendly helpful staff. The room was very clean and fresh although a little basic and not particularly good sound proofing. The bathroom was good however, there wasn’t anywhere to put anything, a shelf or, storage unit would have been helpful. The terrace bar was lovely, the decor was fabulous and very comfortable seating with heaters. We didn’t have breakfast there. In general, the location was great, step over the road and within minutes you’re in the heart of everything! We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a good, safe area - less than 10 mins walk from the train station. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the old town of Girona. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice, amazing fruit juices, lots of local food to try, highly recommended! Great roof terrace bar as well with good views of Girona.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The staff were very helpful - they arranged to change our original room (which was very dark and only had a small window) for one that was lighter, with a larger window overlooking the street. They provided a kettle and tea / coffee on request, and gave very useful recommendations for where to eat in the historic old town. The roof terrace and and terrace bar were lovely. The towels were very good.

There was some noise from other rooms and from traffic in the street, so some improvements in sound proofing would be nice in future.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean everywhere even under the bed ( something rolled under the bed so had to retrieve it!). Had a room on the 7th floor with a balcony overlooking the road with a view of the mountains,. Room was quite large with a nice bathroom also. Fridge in the room stocked with beer, juice, water which were fairly priced. Air con hot and cold , the weather was cold when I was there and the heating done the job perfectly. TV in the room mostly Spanish choices. Lovely breakfast room on the lower floor with lots of choice with nice coffee and tea (even English breakfast tea which you don't find everywhere) with friendly staff. Reception staff also very friendly and helpful. Perfect location in the beautiful city of Girona. Just 10/15 walk from train station and minutes to the old town over the bridge .

Only couple of niggles. You could hear car noise from the room I was in - from the busy road outside (didn't bother me personally though). I could hear people talking into the early hours. I was not quite sure where it was coming from ? It was not from above but might have been the balcony room next door? the mattress was a bit hard to my taste.

The location superb. Ten minute easy walk from the integrated bus/train station. Just outside the old town no more than a five minute walk. The room indeed the hotel a little bit dated but no worse for that. The room average size the bathroom good size with walk in shower. The breakfast unbelievable good value a truly magnificent selection every morning.

The room was small and there was not an external window. It was into a very large shaft and there was natural light, but not massive amount of light. Its not immediately obvious, if at all, that the room we booked was an internal room from the booking.com app. It would be good to know and maybe I missed it! I did hear from one of the guys on reception that the hotel has both 3 & 4 🌟 rooms and that ours was a 3 🌟 room. Again, I wasn't aware when I booked the room. The main aircon was also switched off in the hotel. This again *might* have been the difference between the 3 & 4 🌟 rooms. In the end I left the window open and after about 3hrs the room did cool down from 25°C to a more pleasant temperature. Would I go back? yes, I absolutely would.

Superb, secure, specialist bike garage (even has a 'bike spa' to wash your bike) and an excellent breakfast. Room was basic but comfortable enough and quiet. Good location on the edge of the old town - easy to get out for rides in all directions, but only 5 mins walk into town. Helpful staff at reception.

Rooms were a bit basic, very few plugs and no fan in the bathroom. But for a 3-star hotel you can't complain.
