Clean & well done hotel

Front desk staff was awful. I lost my ID and the gentleman made a big deal about not being able to check us in without it even though I had a scanned copy of my ID readily available also. Makes no sense when the room was pre-paid. Really put a bad taste in our mouth to start. Also, we were advised within an hour of our stay that we would be asked to leave if we got another complaint about our dog. Apparently the room adjacent stated they heard our dog barking and immediately complained. We travel with our dogs often and never have had an issue before. If you’re going to allow dogs perhaps put them in an area away from guests who may be highly sensitive, especially since we paid $50 extra for one night.

The hotel is located about 3 miles from the entrance to The Arches National Park, the main reason for our visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was normal American standard and there was plenty while enjoying the breakfast.

Clean and overall a good experience. Free breakfast has declined over the years, but is pretty good.

Mattress was a bit “dished out”, which is sad, because the beds were always super comfy in the past.

The room was clean and the lighting was great. The breakfast and especially the coffee made me smile.

There was no soap in the bathroom, so we had to use the shower gell, as well as no hand towels. The size of the room is small. There is also a lack of staff.

Nice clean hotel in a convenient location close to restaurants and Arches National Park. Good breakfast that is served early. Coffee, tee and hot water available 24hrs. Highly recommend and will stay again when in Moab.

We do not watch pork. For the breakfast that they serve, there is not much option but to have the egg. They should at least serve like turkey or chicken sausage.

The price per night was ridiculously expensive for a Hampton Inn. The rate was equivalent to a nicer brand hotel chain. The staff we not overly friendly when I asked why the rate was so high -- basically a take it or leave it attitude. At checkout the young woman just shrugged her shoulders when i asked why the rate did not match my booking rate. She later called and made sure i knew she had "gone out of her way' to check the rate directly with Booking.com (previously told me to call them myself). While appreciated, the tone was unnecessary.

Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Convenience food was available for purchase saving me money and time.

Accessibility to parking. Was very easy to find room. Animal friendly. The complimentary breakfasts was a great start to day. Good variety of breakfast options too!
