Room was great; spacious, a lot of wall sockets, option to use an ac or a fan, comfortable bed and kitchen with some utensils. Balcony was chill, offered some privacy and enough space to relax with a book. Moreover, the location was good; not too busy street, the city centre was a 3-5 minute walk. Breakfast area was lovely and many options on the menu (for the vegetarians as well). The ladies at the reception were very friendly and even arranged breakfast to go when we had to leave very early on our last day in Granada. Thanks for everything! 😊

Sometimes they didn't do anything with small requests at breakfast (e.g. tea instead of coffee, no papaya); they noted it down but you ended up with the 'wrong' things anyway. Besides that no further comments, would definitely recommend this place! 😁

Breakfast was nice. Courtyard where you eat is lovely. The whole space is green and tasteful with nice architecture. Very private feel at the time. I had two rooms and liked the upstairs one more for better light.

The windows aren't large so the downstairs room was a bit dark (but upstairs was better). There was a festival nearby and the music was so loud it was impossible to sleep before 1am. The staff closed the front door 11am when I asked, but it was still super loud. Not the hotel's fault, but something to be aware of.

The location was perfect. Close to the center and great restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I loved the pool and lush gardens throughout. The A/C worked well. They setup a taxi from the airport for my late night flight that arrived at 11pm and when we were delayed they were still there waiting.

The beds were stiff and just one sheet and small light cover provided. Something slightly thicker would be awesome. But this is for folks like me that like to sleep in freezing temperatures under a heavy blanket.

There are flowers everywhere. Its like living in a beautiful garden. I loved it. The staff and owner are fabulous. Im only sorry that it was such a last minute short stay. I did not get to fully enjoy all that was offered. It is a very beautiful hidden gem. I will come again for longer and enjoy myself.

We only stayed one night and it Was a hurried visit. I want to be clear that I enjoyed my stay immensely. SO for things that could be better: The toilet was running in my room. I had to shut the valve off during the night. The internet was very slow and didnt work on our room and I work online. All of this is fixable and the staff and facilities are excellent. I would definitely recommend you try it out and I will come back and try out a room with a balcony next time. Im hoping for a longer stay.

The design is very nice, and the staff is amazing! They gave me coffee at 4am (I asked them because I was going to a race and need that before).

In my booking.com the room description said it had a coffee machine and a balcony. Those were descriptions of the suite only. So I didn’t like the miss-information of the website. Next time I’ll book the room directly from the hotel website. There was dog poo on the floor almost coming out of my room door. Maybe they should not allow dogs because not all owners seem not to care.

The Location was fantastic, walkable to everything with a little convenient store right across the street. The staff were very friendly and Terry the owner was super sweet and recommended a lot of activities to do while in the area. I really enjoyed my stay there and I'd definitely book again.

Not much, the shower head could probably use replacing or an upgrade. Good pressure but the spray was a bit all over the place. And maybe a smaller hairdryer mounted on the wall would be a nice touch instead of in the cabinet.

Everything about this place is wonderful! We loved our room, we were upgraded to a room on the upper floors and it was just gorgeous. The pool is very refreshing after a day exploring the city. The location of this hotel is right in the heart of all the great spots - around the corner from the chocolate museum, the garden cafe, the cathedral, the convent. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and sweeter. Breakfast was yummy. It feels like a true boutique stay whilst still keeping their prices reasonable.

Had a very comfy boutique atmosphere, and the staff promoted it well. The rooms were super cute and roomy, bathrooms large and well-appointed. hot water and an expansive shower. were cherries on the cake. Very nice restaurant downstairs with great tapas and happy hour specials. Met one of the owners, Terry who was very knowledgeable about the area and welcoming to both her property and Granada. I was originally planning on staying only 2 days and I extended it to 5, to give you an idea how much relished stay here. Already planning my next trip to Granada and plan on staying at Casa San Francisco again. Did I mention the super cute pool area and ivy-covered walls, mosaic tiles, and a cooked to order breakfast every morning; what a "Gem".

Beautiful quaint place with genuinely kind staff and owners. They really do make you feel welcome and we will return as soon as we get the opportunity. Breakfast is very nice and the connected restaurant is wonderful for dinner or drinks and tapas...No need to go anywhere else. Location is close to all the action but just far enough to be quiet and relaxing. Thank you so much for our beautiful stay

A beautiful hotel in a fabulous city. The owners are amazing and the staff is so helpful. The breakfast is incredible too. It’s walking distance to all the great places Granada offers. This was our second stay here and we plan to go back next week to reposition for our departure flight out of Managua.

There is nothing about the place to not like. It’s all incredible.
