Steven, the front desk attendant, was very personable and helpful. Hotel was clean and secure. Lots of construction/skilled workers staying there. Room was clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

The only complaint is you need to have the front desk attendant let you in the pool. I only figured this out after trying to use a key card, and it not working. Management just needs to put a sign at the card reader, or let you know at check-in.

The room was excellent. It was quite spacious, A nice living area with large screen TV in addition to the large screen TV in the bedroom. Couch in sitting room comfortable with a coffee table. Living area also had a nice kitchenette with an island dining table. It however had only one chair. Needed at least one other dining chair if more than one traveler. Basics in kitchen cupboards (dishes, pots, tableware). Larger refrigerator. Lots of kitchen storage. Two additional desk spaces. Would be great for business traveler.

The location was quite poor. It was located at the end of the steel mills. The are felt quite safe, however there were no restaurants within 10 to 15 mile drive. No restaurants to deliver or to get takeout. It is a good thing after a long day of driving they had a nicely stocked shop where I could buy a frozen individual dinner. Milk, cereals, fruit and basics also available. Would not be a good choice for a vacation stay unless you want it as a central point where you would travel 1-2 hours to enjoy sights and attractions. Could explore Bethlehelm for 1 maybe 2 days.

We loved everything about the property. Our room was amazing. It had more than we expected. The location was perfect for our outing. It was clean and comfortable. Janelle at the front desk was a perfect host. she was able to answer questions and direct us to a good place to get dinner delivered. She also advised us to drive to our venue because of the location and her directions were perfect. Highly recommend!!

I liked the layout of the room. It was comfortable. The location was great.

Unfortunately, what I didn't like was that my friend and I left two clothing items back , and the hotel manager has no clue where it is. Even though their protocol is, if anything is left back in the room. That item or items are bagged, tagged with your room number, and then placed in their lost and found. But that was not the case for me. So my friend's $5000 Berberry sweater, and my $60 top just vanished without a trace. It's been two days now, and no one has contacted me and my lost items.😔😔

Great large room. Very quiet. Near casino. Room was very clean and well stocked if the stay was for more than one night. Staff is always friendly. Heat in room eventually was great. Bathrooms are the best in these units.

Need cream for coffee provided. 😊 Heating unit in 208 would shoot out cold air for a bit before turning to heat.

My suite appeared brand new, don’t know if the hotel is new or if it had been recently renovated. Everything was clean and functional. Kitchenette had everything one would need: microwave, stovetop, full-size refrigerator, pots and pans, etc. Excellent shower, comfortable bed with a top sheet which I really appreciate – – too many hotels have started using comforters only, and you will never convince me that they actually wash those comforters after every guest. Three chairs provided, including a comfortable recliner. Room to work on a desktop. A bargain at the price for that area, right behind the casino complex.

The hotel faces a busy street so if you are a light sleeper, make sure you ask them not to put you in a room in the front of the hotel.

Room size, friendly staff, location

It smelled like a giant toe fungus was in the room. It was a smell that could not be masked by anything! The sheets, the carpet, the walls…the entire room STUNK!!! We had checked in LATE evening and were exhausted, it’s the only reason we didn’t ask for a change of room or simply for our money back!

The room was fine, spacious and well stocked. The heat/cool unit was very sensitive and made it difficult to keep the temp how we wanted it. The hotel is so close to the casino. I very short Uber ride. If the weather had been warmer, we would have considered walking there.

My only issue was that there wasn't creamer included on the coffee station in the room.

TO Check in, I had to walk from around back, as small parking area in front was full, and it was very windy and cold. Other entrances were locked obviously for security. Not a problem for me but somebody handicapped would have problems

Room was clean & spacious, bed was comfortable. I especially love the Dove soaps & shampoo/conditioner provided. The staff were warm & welcoming; thank you to Sonia, Steven & the nice young man at checkout.

Maybe a bit more variety in the snacks/food available for sale
