The room was comfy and spotless, TV was according to good standards, bathtub was great, minibar in the room allowed me to keep cool milk for my kid, staff tried to be helpful. The breakfast was fantastic though a little pricey unless you eat your b*tt off.

In the true castilian spirit, sometimes when you're being helped, you're also being told off. I'm aware of it, it's just the way people are so that you can do it right next time. No wonder they get the best education in the country. It's a sport to tell people what they do wrong and how to do things right. But I can imagine other guests can be put off by it. It does give you a bit of a 90s feeling, the decor is not according to today's standards, but tbh I don't care at all.

Lovely helpful staff. Room was excellent very clean comfortable and quiet. We appreciated the secure parking underground but could have done with a separate area to secure our bikes but we managed. Very close to nice bars and restaurants but chose to eat in the hotel. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The waitress tried really hard to explain what the menu said as there wasn't an english version but we managed with google translate! Highlight was the breakfast - so many choices and beautifully laid out.

We would have liked more secure storage for our bikes.

Great location and easy to find thanks to Waze app. We had a nice welcome at check-in. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the selection of pillows on the beds. The rooms were very cosy for winter as well as the bathroom, and well soundproofed as we were situated very close to reception. My sister’s bathroom room was for travellers with limited mobility which we had requested and it was well set out. Breakfast was excellent. We travelled with two small/medium dogs who were given their own beds and dog bowls to use in my sister’s room. There’s a fairly large park behind the hotel heading towards the river that we took the dogs for a walk after arrival and in the morning before heading on our journey north. Whilst there’s plenty parking around the hotel, we opted to use the hotel’s underground garage at €17/night, plus there’s a lift to reception from the garage.

The rooms are a little tired, but that is just an observation and doesn’t detract from the comfort. We couldn’t control the heating so ended up opening the windows to get the rooms to a more comfortable temperature for sleeping.

Breakfast was good value for money. All surfaces were very clean and the choice of things to eat EXCELLENT. I wished I had a bigger stomach to eat all the lovely things. Room was comfortable and clean, a little bit dated in decor and the age of the room itself but perfectly comfortable.

Only minus is that the room was sometimes too hot.

When I booked, I hadn't realised I booked a suite. It was incredible! Very spacious and comfortable. What wasn't to like? The hotel is in a great location, within easy walk to the river and old town. Staff very accommodating and the burgers and fries some of the best I've eaten

That I was only staying one night...could have lived there.

Friendly reception staff. The secure parking was not over priced and was located in the underground parking at the hotel. This garage was air conditioned too! The rooms were spacious clean and quiet! You receive a free bar drink if you had choose to receive no house keeping the next day. It was their way of trying to be economical. A walk away from the main city centre which was perfect.

The location is great; you can walk to downtown. It's a 30 minutes walk. The beds are comfy & the staff is friendly, especially Alba who welcome us with a great smile!

We can hear the noise of the street, which didn't help to sleep. There's no parking, but you can park almost in front of the hotel. The breakfast isn't worth it. You can find other cheaper places than eating at the hotel. Wifi is terrible. We couldn't connect!

The junior suite was very spacious, perfect to receive us with our 2 dogs. The staff was friendly and provided us some dog beds and bowls for food and water. The bed was very confortable and big. Very quiet room.

The bathtub was leaking some water when we started to use it. Also there was no glass or curtain, so a lot of the bathroom got sprayed when we showered.

Very spacious room and bathroom, dog friendly, we even got a special dog bed and food/drink bowls waiting for us in the room! It is also a close walk to the city centre, easy parking in front of the hotel and friendly staff! Really enjoyed the stay!

Nice hotel in residential area which was very quiet and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and stayed dark .. ideal for a good nights sleep.
