Bright and spacious rooms, with very helpful and lovely staff. It has a little pool with a very nice outside terrace, great to sit in good weather.

We didn’t realise how difficult it is to get to the centre of Tarragona, as the transport links aren’t the best and you can’t really walk there as it would have to be through a motorway. If you are travelling by car or don’t mind getting taxis all the time, then it’s not a problem. Prices for food and drinks at the bar are way above average compare to many hotels we’ve stayed in. However, there is a Lidl 1 min walk away from the hotel, so I would recommend going there for some snacks and drinks if you want to save some money.

Staff is amazingly helpful. Even if they have groups after groups of tourists, you feel that you are the most important. Food. It’s very VERY good. Room is clean. I had a stellar experience.

Well… don’t ask for the hamburger. That was disappointing. Especially considering that all the other food was fantastic.

Welcoming staff. The room was spacious and clean, suitable for 2 persons. Very good breakfast and great coffee at the bar. Big swimming pool, nice terrace and outdoor common spaces.

Insufficient natural light in the room as the window faced a wall. No ventilation in the bathroom.

It is well located for travellers coming and leaving Spain.

We have been using this Hotel for many years. This time we were a little disappointed that the Television was only available in Spanish. We always enjoyed being able to keep up with the news in English. We also had an unfortunate incident which we have never experienced before. We had checked in unpacked and decided to take a rest and we were both lying down when the door opened and another guest arrived in and claimed that this was her room. The matter was only resolved by the intervention of the Manager and Staff at front desk. But still worrying that with electronic keys devices that two guests can access a room, we could have lost valuables.

Tarragona out of town centre hotel. Hotel met expectations. Staff helpful parking easy . Would use again. Car parking easy in Tarragona.

Hotel as known is 3kms from centre of Tarragona. Hence a car is required or taxi. No food or snacks available after 10 30pm. So if arriving late make sure you have eaten.

Modest, friendly, likeable staff. A truly exceptional breakfast; delicious, house made savouries, everything fresh. The hotel is popular with the police - for the "great coffee".

GPS on the final few yards got me very confused, going the wrong way up a one way street.

Booking.com did not do their homework. I looked for dog friendly and was presented with this hotel which, it turns out, do not cater for dogs. Fortunately, due to the excellent staff, it was sorted out. So, booking.com. Please do your homework.

horrible client service; the barista told me, that she doesn't know how to prepare cappuccino; the check-in - 19 min of check-in- a little bit too much, or not? we were in three, we arrived around 23pm, no other clients, and 19 min of waiting..; the second, after check-in the lady forgot to give back our documents and told to my husband that she is tired.. in this 4 stars hotel, only 1 for service

The hotel was very nice and we loved the pool area which we had to ourselves for the afternoon as it was quiet. Very nice dinner too.

The location was very far out but not by too much if you plan on seeing salou and Tarragona together.

Honestly, it was perfect. We loved the environment. It's very pretty, you can enjoy the pool and the gym. As for meals, everything is very good. The hotel staff are very kind and smiling, I love them, very pleasant. I recommend this establishment.
