The hotel was amazing — a beautiful building with really kind and hard-working staff. Everyone from the reception, the restaurant team, the ladies at the poolside café, and the housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was big, comfortable, and had a nice balcony with a great view of the pool. It was cleaned every day. In the evenings, there was entertainment for the kids, which we really appreciated. There were also great facilities like a padel court, a mini football playground, and pool tables. We had breakfast and dinner included, and both were very tasty. Dinner was different each day, which we really enjoyed. The pool was fantastic! The kids loved it — even though the water was a bit cool in April. It was big and fun for both children and adults. My kids especially loved the toboggan! Just one tip: you’ll need a car if you want to visit nearby places like Sitges, Salou, or even Barcelona, which is only about 1 hour and 15 minutes away.

One small suggestion: the lights at the mini football playground turned off at 10:15 PM. It would be even better if they stayed on until 11 PM, as the kids really wanted to play a bit longer. Especially after dinner, which usually finished around 9:30 PM — they only had about 30 to 45 minutes to enjoy the playground in the evening.

Great hotel, location was perfect. Great variety of food, pool was clean and staff were so friendly. Well worth all inclusive, food available all day. Evening entertainment was excellent, kids and adults loved it.

The wait at reception for check in was sooo long, felt sorry for Elizabeth as she did her best to try to speed it up. Jeff and David answering phones while people were waiting to be checked in didn't help!

The reception staff were impeccable, especially the manager when we were trying to get stuff on the TV. He went above and beyond for us.

They could of done with more staff at the pool bar, but when the girls started in the evening, they were so efficient and quick.

Food was great, easy access to beach, pool was perfect size, parking outside the hotel was safe and free. Lots of drink and food choices. Lots of Spanish and not so many British. Staff were great.

Corridor carpets need to be replaced. No water in the room although you can get your own.

An excellent hotel for a holiday with children, with evening activities (minidisco), excellent, delicious and varied food. Rooms also clean and with air conditioning. We will definitely come back!

The pool is nice and clean, water is not too cold or not. The buffet food was pretty good too. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The property is old. Pillows were not comfortable, the elevators were sometimes hard to catch. It’s a family hotel so expect lots of small kids.

my kids didn’t like the food. They ate chips every day- I was disappointed with that. Also big queues in the restaurant… For me and my husband the food was ok, but the same every day(
