Me and my partner came here last week for our first holiday. It was absolutely amazing, the staff were fabulous and made our stay really worth it, I do just want to zoom in on one certain staff member at reception called elenor (sorry if the spelling is wrong) she made our time fabulous, she checked us in very fastly and smoothly, she gave us all the information we needed, she spoke to us with care and her English was fantastic, she made the effort to say hello or ask us how we were every time we walked past her, she was amazing! The rooms were lovley everything was cleaned, housekeeping was good, and they always said hello every morning we passed them in the corridor, the pool area was very clean. The location was amazing it was right next to the beach and the strip and there was a bus stop right outside the hotel for if you wanted to get the bus to Salou or airport, I would 100 percent recommend and we have already booked to come back in September!😀

Rooms were immaculate and nice. Breakfast has a variety of choices and everything is delicious. Location is just amazing - just two steps from the beach . I read reviews before and I can say that they have improved many things - staff speak English, they added people to work in the restaurant, rooms are renovated and clean.

There are a few little things to improve overall. And I didn't get how I could add AI option - I thought I did but in the hotel it turned out that it was not included And very important thing - you should be among the first in the restaurant to avoid queues and bring a paper from the registration with you :)

Everything especially for the price. The amenities provided such as , pool slides, all inclusive snacks( ice cream/lolly choices, crisps, toastie, hotdogs chips etc), help yourself alcohol/non alcohol drinks including a water dispenser which had chilled still & sparkling option. Kids club- staff were lovely, bike hire onsite , entertainment at night, free safe, hairdryer was good in bathroom, usb ports (including at bedside lights), check-in at 2pm but got all inclusive wristbands to use from when we arrived (11.30). Servicing of rooms daily, friendliness of staff, location My toddler loved ' Hugo Best' (the hotel themed mascot ) , however we only seen Hugo once for 15 minutes the whole week at 10:15pm on our 1st night when he made a guest appearance , and I got a week of wheres Hugo?? for all the merchandise you promote for "Hugo" my feedback would be that he/she makes more of an appearance ( perhaps during the day & at nights) , might help shift the merchandise too

Lack of lifeguard - my toddler and I clashed coming down a slide, I got a badly bashed nose with a lot of blood , people seen it except the lifeguard who had a seat parked at the slides. When I got out off the pool , lifeguard was off having a leisurely stroll ( as you do) I ended up having to get my own ice and looking up google to see what to do Mini park, kids love a park but it could do with upgrading and a lot of bird poo in this area so perhaps it needs moved to another area Not enough of "Hugo Best"

It was very nice that the room was cleaned every day, for the child it was good that there was a pool with slides. The hotel is generally good and close to the beach.

there is a lot of Spanish, it makes you think that the hotel is only for people who speak Spanish. I would like the evening program to be conducted based on all tourists. the pool is only open until 7 and it is a bit sad. from 7 to 9, unfortunately, you can neither sunbathe near the pool nor swim and there is almost no entertainment.

close proximity to the beach . bus stop was just 5 minutes walking distance . entertainment was decent for the kids and the pools were fun. cleaning ladies came every morning making sure to tidy up the room and the reception staff was more than accommodating. Thank you

Lobby bathrooms were quite dirty every time I used them. They should be cleaned at least 2-3 times a day. I booked a full board where drinks weren’t included which I understand. But to charge 2.20€ for a bottle of water for every lunch and dinner is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! That’s 25€ spent just on water in 5 days. Pools weren’t heated which for the end of September where the weather isn’t that hot anymore, is a must. Kids were freezing and didn’t enjoy themselves at all. Some of the dinning room staff were quite rude and not willing to help out when asked. it was disappointing.

I liked the room. The bathroom was big enough, beds were comfy. Staff members were really friendly and helpfull. Cleaning ladys were doing a very good job. I liked the pool because it had sildes for little ones, my 4 years old was exited to spend a lot of time in the pool. The hotel was clean inside and outside. When my daughter was not well, I had the option to go a hospital or have a doctor coming to the hotel...which it was helpful. The hotel is close to the beach and bus station. We traveled to Barcelona and local area. It was a good holiday. Thank you.

I definitely will improve on playground area. Only on swing and a slide. My son was not well for a few day and we avoided going to beach or pool. We spend some time at the hotel and the swing was always busy... Breakfast was almost the same every morning, but not really an issue for us. For the rest of the days I found enough food options. My kids complained about No Ice cream ( again not an issue for me) they had some type of yogurt with flavour..but not really ice cream.

Good price/quality balance, friendly staff, close to the sea and a lot to do for the kids. Rooms cleaned every day, varied food in the restaurant.

If you walk around the city, La-Pineda is boring and there is nothing to see, you have to go at least to Salou, and this is necessarily by car or by bus, because on foot is very far.Quite small rooms, a family of 4 people has nowhere to turn around, huge queues in the restaurant from 8-9 pm, in which you can stand for an hour, dirty dishes in the restaurant, for dinner is not included even water, all drinks must be ordered for money! All animation and entertainment in Spanish language.

Mini aqua park, personal in reception was always helpful.

We had a room just on front of the scene, so we was able to sleep only after midnight. We had no possibility to eat at the hotel as the restaurant was full and they had no possibility to upgrade from just room to the all inclusive.

Great breakfast, excellent location so close to the beach, Aquapolois waterpark and shops in La Pineda. Children's swimming pool with all the slides was amazing and kept our little one entertained for hours. Great food and drink at the poolside bar, too

The rooms weren't cleaned to the best standard, the floors stayed pretty dirty throughout our stay. The lack of tea and coffee making facilities and an iron with ironing board in the room was disappointing. Had to give a €20 deposit to reception for an iron which they then chased me for when I still had 3 days left of my holiday! Felt quite cheeky

Hotel was perfect for our family with 3 year old. Loved the slides, the music and dance at midday, the rooms were spotless and were cleaned daily, also a few minutes walk to the beach. It was such a good value for money, would 100% return!

Entertainment was a little late, maybe if they did a kids mini disco around 8pm then adults entertainment afterwards. That’s the only thing we’d have changed, we still attended though!
