The hotel its self was amazing, the staff couldn’t do enough for you, riza at reception went above and beyond for us to make sure we were completely happy. Lisa in the bar was the same. Couldn’t do enough for us. The hotels modern clean and overall beautiful at a great price. The staff definitely help make the place

Unfortunately for us the location wasn’t what we’d hoped for. Maybe because the season doesn’t start until the 1st of may im not sure. And maybe had I researched the location more we wouldn’t have been as disappointed. But this doesn’t reflect on how beautiful the hotel is x

Nicely located. Bus stops nearby to take you to Salou centre. Rooms fantastic and have fridges. Could swap half board to lunch/evening as required. Plenty of choice of food. Staff above and beyond.

The ONLY criticism is that the music is way too loud up on the rooftop pool, however did tell reception and they turned it down. Great stay. Would return definitely.

Hotel is really modern, clean and comfortable. Pool area and rooftop pool area are really nice. Breakfast was lovely. Few nice restaurants minutes walk from the hotel. Was very good value for money

No soundproofing into the corridors. Couldn't hear anything from outside or next door but could hesr everything in the corridor. The doors needed a bit of a slam to close so could get noisy.

Hotel and position

We booked and paid for breakfast on last day we needed to leave 07:30am and breakfast did not open until 08:00am. They still charged! Head barman thinks it is clever to say unkind rude things to customers in Spanish when he thinks you do not understand.

This hotel is faultless. Food excellent plenty of variety for breakfast. A water and ice machine on every floor (free) so take a sports bottle. Also a reasonably priced vending machine (even with alcohol in). The staff were all friendly and helpful, accommodation immaculate, rooms modern and cleaned every day. Great daytime activities )darts, boules, aqua, Pilates, even mini curling). Evening entertainment also good. Pool area greta max the roof roof top pool area was excellent I would def recommend this hotel as super chilled and I will be returning for sure. Thank you to all staff xx

The view could have been better but we could see the beach a little bit, but the hotel is set back from the front with another hotel in the foreground so it was to be expected, but the breakfast was good, varied selection and lots of dairy free/gluten free alternative if needed, the hotel was really clean, the staff were all super helpful, we really enjoyed our break!

It’s not that we don’t like it, but had we chosen to stay by the pool beds are limited, and despite there being a policy about not reserving sunbeds, people still reserved them so we opted for the beach instead!

This hotel is an adult, only hotel and for that reason it is just marvelous/ those hands to those people that still have young children, but for me and adult adults only Hotel are the only ones I go to this one is classy, elegant, and is near perfection and those of you have read my reviews before no that I am super picky and I never ever give a 10 so well done to all of the staff and the cleaning staff and the wonderful reception staff. The owner needs to ensure that he keeps up the standards and that he never changes the concept of this adults only Hotel. and they have water fountains . They every hotel that keeps insisting that they are for the environment and therefore don’t clean as well as they should with water or don’t give you conditioners or shampoos, etc. etc. still insist you buy water from them. This hotel is marvelous. It has water taps and fountains everywhere so practices what it preaches . This is definitely now my hotel of choice.

Service from the start was fantastic! We were offered complimentary cava upon arrival. The hotel was absolutely stunning, rooms were lovely, clean and fresh. Food was delicious, however not much of a huge variety of dishes, seemed a bit same same each night. We had a lovely waitress on our last night, could not fault her in the slightest. Entertainment on every night, however found it was more so aimed at the older generation. Overall, a lovely stay! Thankyou Golden Costa!!

People saving sunbeds, more so on the rooftop area, also stated that it was open until 10pm, found that it was not. Shame that bar up there was shut too.

We loved breakfast 😁 the pancakes are yum. The only recommendation I would make is for them to add maple syrup however honey works just fine still a 10/10 for me as the fruit had plenty of options and was very fresh . Loads of juices to choose from. Room was lovely , not the biggest but not small either , well laid out , the TV tech guy came in and was able to help us with what we needed and with the safe aswell. Cleaners came in every day and were excellent 👍 10/10 on the room for us. The mattress was great and the room was cool all night. We were worried as the air con wouldnt go down to what we normally would have it at but the temperature was perfect and we had a great sleep. The only addition I'd make in the room was nicer coffee pods ( again that's personal preference so no marks lost. I just found it to be very dark roast. ) I would like to see better black out blinds. My partner is a light sleeper and the light comes in but again they have black out blinds so no points lost , they just could have better ones for the really light sleepers . Staff Check in was amazing I can't remember everyone's names but Judit was very friendly . Excellent English. All the reception staff were very accomodating ,friendly and knowledgeable. I can't remember the gentleman who helped us book the taxi I just remember he had a cat 🐈 badge and he was also very helpful - so thanks everyone ! Bar staff were brilliant , great energy and good English aswell. Restaurant staff - the same . All friendly and excellent. We forgot our phone and the young girl came out after us almost immediately. Everywhere was kept fresh and clean. The hotel is well staffed and I can't fault them. The buffet dinner had lots of options. We only went in once for dinner and we nearly had to be rolled out. Plenty of really good options. I think the starters were our favourites 🤣🤣😂😂 but the mains were tasty and I'd definitely recommend the pork rice. Noms !!!!

Sauna and steam room is the only critique.

Wow! What can I say about this place! Brilliant from start to finish. The staff are the standout in this hotel. I hope they get paid correctly for their "above and beyond" approach to customer service. Nothing is too much for them. Super friendly, helpful and accommodating! Riza and Mika were incredible standouts throughout my entire stay and definitely made our trip more enjoyable! The food is amazing. Such a great choice and never got boring...always something different every night and always super fresh. Super relaxing, friendly and just what we needed for a quiet getaway. Would highly recommend!
