We chose this hotel as our last spot in our trip therefore we were looking for some lazy time, nice views, location, beaches. It had it all. We had a half board option, variaty of food was big, taste good.

few things that could be improved though: - missing information about hotel facilities, evening shows etc. Reception could be more active sharing information with new guests. - rooms are really badly sound proved - you can hear it all :) - even though there was a vast selection of food, for main dishes you had to wait for them to be prepared so you stand in a queue and queues are long. - the chefs that worked with the stove or grill were inexperienced - they would literally serve you raw meet, fish etc. If you want to have your meal well cooked you have observe them doing their job.

The stuff was really nice and the sea view is stunning 😍

People "reserve" chairs at the pool with their towels and disappear for hours. At the end there are not enough chairs for every guest

The location was superb . The hotel is set in a beautiful spot . The view front he hotel is brilliant. the pool side is a bit small but its only a short walk to the beaches and to salou town. The staff were very friendly and helpful ,from reception right down to the bar, restaurant and lifeguard, they couldn't do enough for you . always polite and smiling despite the long hours they were doing. The food was good a bit restricted on the menu for snack for all inclusive options as only burger and hotdog and toaties and chips were on offer . In the main buffet , the food standard was very good. I have a fussy eater in our group and he managed to find something at every meal , there always fresh grilled fish and meat , a roast meat , and all the trimmings , paella, salad , ect.... The room was ok , clean and comfortable . we will definitely go back .

the poolside was a bit small for the amount of people there and sunbeds are all gone by 9,30am.

One of the best breakfast buffets I've seen in a hotel. Dinner buffet is very good as well. Pool is nice and overlooks the sea. People start claiming beach recliners as soon as the pool opens, but there are lots of them. It reminded me of cruise ship accommodations. Parents can have drinks at the bar, while their children are inside the next room doing some kind of Spanish Conga line with someone dressed up as a purple dinosaur. (My kid was too old for that, but the little kids were all having fun.) In the morning, you can watch the sunrise from your balcony.

The rooms were a little small and not very well insulated for sound. We could hear other guests talking in next room late at night. (And at some point somebody was having a weird sneezing fit that lasted several minutes. There was also noise from the bar overlooking the pool, but that was more of a general murmuring that you could tune out as white noise.

Super Hotel! Can’t wait to come back again! Lovely hotel with perfect location at Cap Salou! Beautiful hotel to relax and enjoy the fantastic sea views. Hotel is beside the beach with crystal clear water and sandy coastline. Super staff with decent food for all-inclusive, the bar is self-service for lots of drinks which is quick and fun. Also available some international drinks for all-inclusive guest. Food is themed nights with my favourite being the seafood night which had everything. However it was nice that you got a bottle of wine with lunch or dinner. Entertainment team was fantastic throughout our stay. Different show each night is well fantastic! We arrived very late, so the restaurant was closed, but the food was prepared for us there, so we were really satisfied. The staff at the Restaurant were fantastic. I never saw the fastest and friendly waiter in my life! Heis name is Aitor! Really hard working and bringing for everyone great service. Great attitude, helpful, and always available. The room was wonderful, clean and tidy and the air conditioning working perfect! Complimentary drinks on arrival in the mini bar in your room too. Fantastic! Another really good point is, you have until 12 check out on your final day but they allow you full use of the facilities including the restaurant and bar until you depart. And even you can use shower in other, sister’ hotel before your departure. We will definitely stay there again as the view was stunning, friendly all the staff and work hard and fast!

Everything was perfect!

Overall, it was a good experience. The Staff is super friendly and nice, and that was the best part of my stay. The outdoor pool is beautiful and has a great view. The amount of elevators and accesibility for reduced mobility is great.

The food was great although some dishes were cold or re-heated over and over again which slightly ruined the quality/taste. Also, I saw a lot of people leaving a lot of food waste and then being thrown away, which is a pity. Maybe they should charge guests that fill up their plate with so much food and leave more than half of it (like they do in diners sometimes). Also there were some tiny details in the room that did not feel quite right, like a humidity repair on the wall and tarnished color of the wood in the desk.

Nice hotel with lovely views of the sea from the pool/bar/dining area. Room was basic but clean, had air conditioning and a fridge and bed was a proper double (not two singles pushed together!). Breakfast buffet had a large selection and reception staff were very friendly. Had nightly entertainment in the bar but definitely more aimed at kids/families than couples. Lovely beach just a 5 minute walk away with a nice beach bar.

Only a few small negatives really, a lot of extras required deposits (e.g. kettle for the room, parasol to use by the pool) which I feel could have just been included. A bit further from Salou centre than we expected, too - about a 35 minute walk or €10 taxi. Plates at breakfast were sometimes dirty, and I wouldn't bother with lunch/snacks by the pool as we waited nearly an hour for chicken nuggets and chips - you're better off heading out for food. Other than that, we had a lovely stay!

Stayed there one week in the middle of May2023 , sea view room turned out to be very good choice . Amazing view , helpful staff , it has also inside swimming pool and gym and so on ... Returning end of July : ) information for those, who have never visited Salou: photo i added , is actually taken from my balcony !!

First negative thing was, when we got the room, it had unbelievably terrible old ugly towels, but already next day after cleaning those were replaced with nice ones. And about eating in restaurant : yes it can be very noisy.

We`ve already visited this hotel for many times and always with pleasure. We love it`s excellent location exactly at the shore. Sea and beach are just under the balcony. Seaviews from the balcony are to die for, especially sunsets (accompanied by cup of coffee or glass sangria) are extremely spectacular. Good bus connection with everything. Stuff is nice and helpful. Beds are big, mattresses are wonderful.

To be compared with the previous years, the meal has definitively gone down (the quality as well the variety). Once by breakfast there was even the rancid butter.

exceptional good buffets all days with fresh quality meats and vegetables and good cooking, very good location, has a decent gym and spa I've actually used, pool was overcrowded but very good beaches at 5-10 minutes with large bouts of fine sand and shallow waters, very nice surroundings and a sea trail perfect for a scenic walk or getting a shortcut to the city center, a bit isolated but that was actually an advantage as beaches were not very crowded.

one of the two jacuzzis was not working, pool needs better management to prevent people reserving their spot and blocking the seats without using them, but most of all, the inner service courtyard / parking was ruining the view with a puddle of garbage bin cleaning water, I suggest installing some form of fake ceiling over the whole area on cables to mask a bit the ugly and provide shadow for the cars - some cabling supporting a fake leaves net would be a cheap and effective way to mask that area and a huge improvement of the view. mattress were good but rather hard
