One off the best hotel!! All staff very friendly, hotel nice and clean, very quiet area, outside pool bar staff amazing, all bar staff so friendly always smiling and making drinks so good!! All BAR staff very good, I can't remember names,but one name I remember its Alex top man!! Girls working in bar very friendly always helpful!!! Pool very clean, rooms nice and good, cleaners come every day if you want... food it's good... this hotel 3 star but for my 4 !! Thank you to all hotel staff for my holiday everything was perfect

Nothing, everything i love

Without exception, all of the staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. We would like to especially mention Gemma and Marta in reception, and Adrian, Edouard, and Pedro in the restaurant. They went out of their way to make sure that we received the best possible treatment. We were in Salou to watch our grandson play in the Mare Nostrum football tournament, which was brilliant. Our stay in your hotel just added to the lovely time that we were experiencing, it was that good. Our grandson is looking forward to playing in the tournament again next year, and if he does, we will certainly stay in your hotel again. We give a huge thank you to all of your brilliant staff team. Nothing, everything was brilliant

The facilities are very good, simple, spacious rooms, some signs of use in the bathroom, but everything worked correctly (no body lotion left in 2035)😂. The 4 pools and the access to the beach made me fall in love with this place. For our family of 6y.o. and 18 months, this stay was amazing. Most of the stuff was nice and helpful.

The way the parking spots were assigned is very unfair. There is no control, and you have to keep asking if there is a free place available. We have parked on the blue line for 6 hours and asked maybe 6 times at the reception if by chance they had the place, until we got one (there is no list and they don't call or inform).

Our family enjoyed the Aqua Park, the indoor pool, the drinks, ice creams and snacks from bars by the pools, especially the "sandwich mixto". The staff was helpful and cheerful. My daughter enjoyed the Kids Club. We booked all inclusive. We also enjoyed the variety of menus at all the meals. Enjoyed having everything at the hotel without driving anywhere for a week. Good supermarket across the street and very souvenir store across the street.. We also enjoyed the hotel spa. We definetly plan to come back next year !!!

We went at the very end of the season, a thing here and there may need the annual maintenance, but nothing serious. The odd towel may need replacing

Great bedrooms, with hot water, and bathtub. It's in a great location, the easier way to get from airport is by busplana. With shops around, not noisy overnight at all.very good for kids.great food, and good entertainment for kids. The pools are amazing and it has a pool indoor ( for when the weather isn't great) .

The thing I didn't like at all was the WiFi. So slow, can't do anything.

There is plenty of food and kids attractions. We had half board and at the very beginning they said it’s ok for kids to take a bun and fruit from breakfast. Staff is kind, but not many speak English. Private beach is great and with nice sand, there is also indoor pool, but it a bit dirty.

The place was untidy to say the least. The hall was not vacuumed once while we were there, and rooms were only slightly swept - there was a lot of sand everywhere at all times.

The staff is friendly, the hotel area is cleaned every morning (despite the fact that some guests leave heaps of trash behind them), the quality and variety of food is excellent! We had a couple of comments (clogged sink and missing shampoo in the room): after contacting the reception, the problems were fixed within an hour.

Missing hood in the toilet (there is simply no ventilation🙄) and lack of a toilet brush 🙈. The quality of cleaning in the room is good, but could be better. For example, shampoo/shower gel should be checked and refilled regularly.

Great for a family holiday, especially with younger children. My boy is 4years old and the splash park was perfect, met a couple of good families who had children the same age so they all played away and had a big waterfight which kept everyone amused.

I’m not normally one to comment on the food as all inclusive hotels etc are normally all on par with what they serve etc however this hotel in particular the food at meal times is very repetitive. Didn’t seem to be any change in the 5 days I was there, but deffo value for money - would still consider returning.

I liked the pool in front of the hotel. I liked that the night is quiet.

The man at the entrance to the Kitchen (the oldest) is very arrogant and very mean. He shouted and glared at everyone. I understand that he has been working there for many years, but you are replacing a man who knows how to talk to people. The cleaning in the rooms for 6 days while I stayed only made the bed and for 3 days I did not receive towels. When I was there 4 years ago, it was much better, now this hotel is getting worse and worse. You don't have a cleaner to wipe all the mess from the corridor or elevators.

Spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned every day. Great array of food to cater for all tastes. Friendly and efficient staff.

The only downfall was the dangerous element of the balconies for children. My daughter had to block off the whole balcony to prevent 16 month old slipping legs between floor and balustrade.
