This hotel is located on the beach. We had a room overlooking the sea, we had amazing sunrises and sunsets from our balcony. The food was great, we had half board, the food was more than enough :), every day new dishes for dinner, lots of seafood, meat, vegetables and fruit.

There were no beach towels, also the sunbeds and umbrella on the beach cost 40 euros for the day! I think it should be cheaper or free for people who live in the hotel. Also in this place the sea is shallow, for a holiday with children is fine, but for people who want to swim, you have to go a long way into the deep water.

Golden Donaire was the perfect choice for our Spanish getaway. Nestled right on the stunning coastline, the hotel offered breathtaking views of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. The spacious, modern rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was unforgettable. We especially enjoyed the delicious cuisine at the on-site restaurant, which featured fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and stunning ocean views. The hotel's prime beachfront location made it easy to spend our days sunbathing, swimming, and exploring the beautiful coastal surroundings. The hotel position was perfect - on the beach with easy access to sun beds and entertainment

Bed could have been bigger there was plenty of space in the room.

The Location is great, they lend out towels with a deposit to go to the beach or pool, there is a great kids club with nice and kind caretakers which accepts children 2 times at day and 2 times at evening, breakfast was better than expected

Wifi coverage in the room needs improvement Safe boxes are old school and you need to take a lock with key from front desk No drinking water was provided in the rooms and you have to get to 1st floor for filling your own bottle Empty minibar Tea and coffee not charged by routine Toiletries at minimum (combi showergel and shampoo, no conditioner, no tooth paste, no tooth brush) TV channel selection was not international

The hotel is really comfortable and the air conditioning was good - no problems at all. The shower is the thing I would like to rate separately! Everything is very good - reception, restaurant, animation. The food was really good! Towels seemed to be changed every day. Location was great - you can go swimming in the sea (very comfortable depth) and then return to the pool area - liked this very much. I have seen feedback that the sea is too shallow and the water is hot - not the case for me. I was there in June and the water temperature was comfortable! Finally - Le Pineda is small but the views are very nice and the beach is very nice!

If it is windy and you are on the beach, expect sand everywhere. The sand there is a very small fraction.

Best location for beach holidays though the sand wasn’t loose white, but water was very clear.

Good to have the heated indoor pool as backup in October

We had a fantastic stay at the Golden Donaire Beach Hotel! The food was delicious, and the hotel's location right on the beach made our experience even better. We were pleasantly surprised with the family room we received—it was very spacious, featuring a huge balcony with a lovely partial sea view at no extra cost. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

The hotel is in a prime location right next to a lovely beach, we only had breakfast which catered for all tastes.The outside bar is a nice place to spend an evening watching the sun go down.

For a 4 star hotel it is in need of a little TLC here and there, some of the paintwork is looking tired. Sunbeds are at a premium even in October, they are also very close to each other, so personal space is slightly compromised

All staff i encountered were wonderful and friendly, perfect hotel for a young family with lots of activities throughout the day and evening for all ages. I'd definitely book here again.

The food in the restaurant wasn't the greatest quality but the food at the bar was delicious. Anyone looking at booking this hotel should also be aware that the the lights on the balconies are shut off by the hotel at approx 11pm automatically so they're too dark at night to sit out and read a book
