Everything! The facility was recently renovated, and it shows. They did an amazing job renovating the place from top to bottom. Excellent! The customer service we received was beyond our expectations. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating. And the breakfast was good too. We will be staying here each time we come to Coffeyville.

Breakfast was good - standard for this amenity. However service was questionable. Ran out of utensils and had to ask for replacements. Regular coffee ran out one morning and no one around to get more. Ran out of maple syrup and strawberry syrup was substituted - bad choice.

Rooms were well equipped and adequate. A/C was a little noisy and fan speed could not be changed from high.

They were so great! We were from out of town (another state) because of power outages and they were able to get us in and the front desk clerk with green hair helped us out our first night and front desk employees Kim and Kodi went above and beyond to help us out our second night with working with the limited money we had and made sure that we had a room (I was with my 87yo grandma). I recommend this place to stay 100%

Spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed. Very quiet location. Appreciate the recliner. I would definitely stay here again.

Seems like when I use Booking.com, I can never get a first-floor room. Maybe coincidence but that is how it has been.

Breakfast was good and everything was clean. Liked the "closed" bathroom better then the open one at the last hotel. The young man at the desk who checked us in was especially helpful and pleasant!!!

Can't think of anything that would need to change at this time.

Hot Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly.

There were wet wash cloths and 2 used bars of soap in the shower when we checked in. I went to front desk, and they took care of it right away, and talked to cleaning staff.

Rooms are spacious and clean. A bit out dated in look but that does not bother me if clean. Staff was very kind and helpful

It was clean, nice size room, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly & reasonably priced! We were only there one night to visit the college our son will be attending but, would definitely stay again in August when we go back to move him in the dorms.

Staff was terrific! Friendly, helpful, funny, kind. But not like fake robots; they're a lovely staff! From the outside, I was concerned because it looks a bit blighted. I even made my elder Mom wait in the car until I checked it out. But when I stepped inside, it was great. The whole experience. And we enjoyed breakfast too! We would definitely stay there again.

I suggest improving the curb appeal, but that has nothing to do with our stay.

I liked the room, the bathroom, and the beds.

We were told breakfast will be served from 6 to 9 AM. We arrived in the breakfast area at 8:15 and all the hot food was gone and there was no replacement. Quite a few people came in after that and we’re disappointed that there is no food left. There was no staff available and no notice. This was very disappointing.
