Apartment was well furnished and clean. Rooms are spacious and the kitchen is fitted with everything you require. There is even a launderette. Water pressure and temperatures are great. Aircon does work well and it can get quite cold at times. Well located with amenities just 20-30 metres away. Food options such as starbucks, subway and nice restaurant are available. There is a pharmacy and Ranch market located there as well.

Only issue was with the master bedroom bathtub. Had a near miss when the faucet broke and narrowly missed hitting my wife when it was filling the bathtub. Maintenance staff promptly rectified once we called for assistance.

The room was well-equipped for a business trip, with a washing machine, ironing board, and plenty of space. It was also spotlessly clean. The hotel restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the gym and pool facilities. The location is excellent, with easy access to malls, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast selection varied daily, and I thoroughly enjoyed it each morning!

The only minor issue was a slight cigarette smell in my room when the AC was turned off, but it wasn’t too strong or overwhelming.

Almost everything. But when we booked a 2 Bedroom Suite/ Apartment we are expected to get 2 Bathrooms, but we were offered only 1 Bathroom which is not correct. We had to pay a substantial Charge to shift to an apartment with 2 Rooms & 2 Bathrooms which should be refunded. The Manager ( I guess her name was Yessee - pardon me if I spelled her name wrong) was exceptionally courteous & are happy that She included Complimentary Breakfast for 2 days was excellent and tasty food as we are vegetarian and the staff at the Breakfast Restaurant understood our needs and served us with exceptionally Good Vegetarian Dishes for which please convey our Thanks to them.

The Gentleman at the Reception Desk with whom I had a little argument regarding providing an apartment with 2 Bathrooms but he insisted that it was mentioned in the confirmation e mail but it was not there and therefore I had to ask him to call the Manger and she understood that he was wrong.

This hotel is very comfortable, spacious rooms, large pool, gym with an amazing view of the city, the staff is very responsive and helpful, beds are comfy and the room equipment is very good.

I don’t see the reason why the gym is closed after 10pm. Other hotels have a 24h gym if it is not located next to hotel rooms. The aircon in my room was loud and it was impossible to set the desired temperature. This is already a second room in this hotel with a defect temperature control and the technicians were not able to repair it.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience! The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access everything I needed. The staff were exceptional – always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and offered everything I could ask for. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Breakfast was included in my purchase, and the staff and the manager in the breakfast lounge were exceptionally friendly, kind, and smiling, and they were always happy to serve at our table of any requests we made. Breakfast food was delicious. Our return flight was in the early hours, so the staff packed and delivered our breakfast to our room 8 hours prior. Reception staff were always smiling and greeting us. The check in and check out staff were so humble and respectful. We had the best time in Oakwood premier cozmo and we enjoyed our 5 day (first time) holiday in Jakarta. Firstly thankyou so much for giving us free room upgrade. We felt like home to stay here, very complete in room facilities and it's all clean and in perfect condition (smart TVs, kitchen sets, and washing machine were making our stay more comfortable). Good location and easy to find foods. Nice staffs

Breakfast was selection was just about right with good selection of local and foreign selection. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very near to many restaurants nearby and it's also close to Lotte Mall. There are all within several minutes of walking distance.

Traffic is quite horrendous but if planned well, it's manageable. Otherwise, I highly recommend Oakwood especially if you do not have to travel far from here.

The amenity is quite complete, functional and maintained. The staff were superb friendly. Nearby apartment, there are ranch market, restaurants, 10 min walking distance to the mall and 20-25 min drive to Grand Indonesia.

The curtain in the single bed room could not be completely closed on the corner side.

The family suite was excellent, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen, all very spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices for everyone: warm, cold, sweet, Asian, Western, yoghurt, eggs, etc. etc. Swimming pool was good and a nice way to cool down, fitness centre well equiped. Location is good, lots of shopping and dinning places nearby.
