Our family room was really big and clean with small kitchen corner. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and we were really satisfied with the quality and selection of the food. In the hotel is sauna and pool which is perfect after all day skiing. Hotel shuttle to skiing area Stubnerkogelbahn cost 3 Euro / person and 1,5 Euro / kid. When you finish skiing you call the hotel for shuttle and it takes approx 10 minutes when driver comes for you. Our friends forgot their ski boots in the hotel ski room, we called back to the hotel, hotel staff picked and packed the ski boots and arranged delivery to home address. We would like to thank you very much to hotel staff for this help.

We had a great stay at hotel Mondi: a big studio, great facilities (swimming pool, sauna, table tennis and other games to play, a good gym), lots of things to do for kids. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was also good. Bad Gastein is located pretty deep in the mountains, so you need a good car to get there and mostly to park up via a steep road. We were very happy with the card from the hotel, as we could use public transport for free and got discounts for other things. The hotel has free parking. We travelled with our cat and he felt very relaxed at the hotel.

The pillows were not good at all.

We’ve been here before, so it should be obvious even to the casual reader that we like it. The hotel is perfectly situated in the town center, near the waterfall. The room was spacious with a pleasant “old meets new” vibe. The balcony had a stunning view of the valley. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff there was very kind. My wife enjoyed the wellness area quite a bit. We loved the transit card we were given, which took us even to Salzburg. By no means a complaint, but a Nespresso coffee maker in the room would have been greatly appreciated.

Location: the location of the hotel is perfect. right in the historic centre. just bear in mind it is on a small hill, so taking a kinderwagen is always a challenge Room: the room was enormous. the living area was big enough for play. and even a guest WC. all the equipment you will ever need Food: the breakfast was rich enough and the dinner always a great choice Spa: sauna area with 3 averag sizaed sounas. big swimming pool and big jacuzzi Kids: kids pool was a hit, also the nice playground outside

The only thing maybe that could have been a bit better - a larget playing room inside the hotel for kids. since we were alone most of the times it was sufficient, but if there are 2-3 more kids, gets quite crowded

Bellevue Bad Gastein Hotel exceeded my expectations - rooms were big, comfortable and with necessary amenities (we stayed in the Apartment); facilities were great - clean swimming pool and sauna (friendly guys doing the sauna “aufguss” ritual twice a day!); free kids club (big plus for families with young kids); good choice of food (buffet for breakfast and dinner) which makes it easy for families.

Our apartment was tidied up once in 3 days (beds were made, towels changed), but there was no vacuum cleaning - after 5 days of our stay the floor started looking a bit dirty.

The room we stayed in was big and comfortable considering we were travelling with a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Location of the hotel is great, walking distance to the lift, old center, restaurants. The pool and whirlpool were a plus after a day skiing. We had dinner at the hotel a couple of times and the food was very good. We also played bowling which was fun

The only comment I have is that the policy is only to change the towels and bed sheets once every 3 days (which is fine) but the room and bathrooms are not cleaned even if you stay one week, which was our case. If you want the room to be cleaned, you have to pay extra. This is the first time I see something like this in a hotel. Daily cleaning is not needed but it should be offered for free when the towels and bed sheets are changed

Plus: - room with beautiful view, balcony and 2 bathrooms - stuff - bowling (Small one but still nice) - location of the hotel and attractions in the neighbourhood - swimming pool and sauna (beaside that swimming pool was a little bit too cold) - low season but still there was enough opportunity to eat and spend a nice time - live Music shows in the evening - kids club :)

Minus: - cleaning once per week is not enough in my opinion (even when changing towels and taking the garbage was in each 3 days) - too cold water in the swimming pool (however stuff informed us that we can always ask at the reception to make it warmer) You have to remember that in the low season some attractions, restaurants etc. may be closed but this is ofc not fault of the hotel. Generally IN PLUS and I can recommend this hotel!!!

Front desk staff ,especially Adis, was very gracious and helpful. I'd rate the hotel 4.5 stars.Luxurious bed and linens,huge room,plenty of hot water in shower. The exquisite Art Deco furnishings and designs are tastefully done. The dinner buffet was excellent,with a wide choice that changed nightly. The hotel's location is convenient because it sits midway in the ravine. Easy walk both down to the waterfalls,and up to the top,although better to use hotel shuttle for the upward trek (3 Euros).The hotel itself has both a luxurious and casual atmosphere. I hope to return to the hotel soon.

WiFi did not work well in my room.I noticed others joined me in the lobby for better internet reception . Breakfast buffet choices were below par.Few offerings and too small a dining space to accommodate all guests,at least on weekends. The 2 elevators were consistently very crowded and slow especially in the mornings.

It was one of the best hotel stays we ever had as a family overall and certainly best value for money. I loved la belle epoque vibe, it was great to have childcare and swimming pool right there. We were lucky with the weather, so only used both a little bit, but I could well imagine this being a holiday saviour if it rains. Breakfast was really nice, we also tried the dinner a couple of times, and it was great too. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is simply really well run and perfectly organised, so it provides an amazing value for money. It is also amazingly well located and has entrances both in the city centre and close to the railway/cable car.

I can't really think of anything. Maybe the kitchen in the room wasn't too inviting for cooking something substantial, but it was still enough for many simple things and we loved having it.

The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. The traditional décor gives you a real feel of the Austrian alps and the bar is a great place to sit and admire the view, which is stunning. Our apartment was huge with a balcony and glorious views and had absolutely everything you’d be likely to need . Breakfast was generous, served in a lovely environment, again with splendid views. The pool and jacuzzi were brilliant. We had a marvellous stay and hope to return. Thank you to all the staff who made us so welcome.
