Very good location. The hotel itself was a bit old fashioned but clean and comfortable. Big warm room. Breakfast was good, with wider selection of food on weekends and minimal selection - on working days. Small spa center with jacuzzi and sauna and small steam room was available. Very welcoming and kind staff guy, who told about the best places to have a dinner upon arrival.

Sauna was used only by reservation with small groups of people (4-5), but unfortunately some of them tried to impose their preferences, e.g. poured water on the stones in the sauna and ignored other visitors. It made visit in spa center not very pleasant.

Really nice hotel with onsite feee parking, altho a little small - we had to be inventive parking. Lovely decor, very nice room. Good breakfast. Nice short walk to the lake and restaurants.

Nothing really. Staff English very poor, but Hey, I am British and I find it embarrassing everyone is expected to speak English (I do speak other languages.)

Cozy, small and comfortable hotel in a historic building in a convenient location. It has two parking lots for guests' cars. The staff was very helpful, kind and polite, the room was clean and quiet. They offer one hour in their SPA for every room, it contains a bubble bath, a sauna and a steam room.

The restaurant where the breakfast is served is rather small, therefore, it can get quite packed and noisy. The food selection is decent.

Everything was generally good except the two criticisms noted below: good location close to the small town centre and lake, very clean room, good breakfast, one super helpful young receptionist

Room 310 is small to begin with but the sloping ceiling makes more than half of it inaccessible without crawling on the floor. The hot tub was lukewarm (but nicely sized)

It was a stately hotel. My room on the 3rd floor had skylights that opened letting lots of fresh air. I've been to lots of hotels in recent weeks and usually choose them for the buffet. The buffet was the smallest of all I've seen, not a big selection, and the egg dishes did not look appetizing to my American tastes. On the other hand, the parking was very easy and right by the entrance doors.

The buffet was limited. I was disappointed in that regard.

Location. Very central, close to main points of interest, such as aqua park, musical fountain, museum, lake, river. 24 hour reception. There is restaurant on site, but is opened until 22:00 or so, however, you may find restaurants nearby. Small supermarket is some 3-5 minutes away by foot, bigger supermarket is about 10-15 minutes on foot.

There was bath in my room, it may be challenge for older people to get into it. Room seemed a bit outdated for the price paid.

I did not appreciate breakfast too much. There was not a lot of variety and some options were weird (e.g. herring), pastries were not fresh. I would recommend a more varied and international menu for breakfast. Everything else was perfect. Very pleasant staff, clean rooms, confy beds etc. Good experience overall 🙂

The room was very warm, clean and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff were helpful, there were services offered, but we didn't try them this time. Large free parking.

We were surprised that the hotel TV did not show any international programs, at least news. We could not find a shoehorn.

I liked the order, cleanliness, and location. Excellent breakfast!

The mattress in the single room on the 3rd floor was uncomfortable. The reception did not offer a bathrobe right away, and when I came to ask for one in the evening, they said they didn’t have any because they hadn’t been washed.

Beautiful building inside and outside. Spacious parking on the property - we got a parking spot even during a busy Saturday. Close proximity to tourist attractions.

It was a little bit chilly at night, I tried turning AC heating on but it did not work.
