The staff were very friendly, lovely people and very helpful, I couldn't get my key to work and the young lady was very happy to come show me how to do it.

The store did not open until 9 or 10 am, one of the reasons I chose this location was because it had a story / restaurant attached where I should have been able to buy a coffee with creamer (I don't like the powered stuff they offer in the room), I had to leave the hotel to go to Tim Horton's for a coffee when all I wanted to do was relax with a coffee in my room.

It was really close to the river and we had a great walk there. Because our room wasn’t available when we arrived, we were upgraded to a jacuzzi suite…even though we didn’t use it. Bed was very comfortable.

That it was right on the Main Street although we only really heard the motorcycles going by. The original room we were to have was facing the alley, and I’m not sure if we would have liked that.

The place clean and our room had small kitchen and table with some dishes to use. We arrived before check in time and they were able to accommodated us and allowed us to check in earlier into a room that was ready.

The noise from other guest who were running around. That the patio was closed due to that bar was closed and it look like nice place to sit and enjoy the river.

Good location for what we needed, very comfortable room, had everything we needed. Love that it had an iron and ironing board, very useful for our stay. Super spacious room.

The light right inside the door wasn't very bright and was only one overhead bulb. The rest of the lighting was lamps that had to be clicked 3 times to get them their brightest.

Was quite a unique experience. Convience store. Laundry mat, ice cream, night club restaurant attached. Very comfortable rooms with great location.

Captain Sub was something I was looking forward to. It was good but didn't meet my expectations. Also, there was someone arrested right outside the hotel in the morning, and the cops placed all the criminal's belongs on the hood of my truck while they were searching him. Not to discredit my experience. Would highly recommend this place

Wonderful staff, clean room, very pet friendly, right next door to the military base, towels were of beautiful quality and sparkling clean, great shower, reasonably priced. Beautiful walking path right across the street from the hotel.

Noisy water flowing somewhere near our room throughout the first night and loud heating system which woke us up.

They accept pets, and the rooms with Pets have wood flooring, easy to clean if an accident happens, hotel is a bit outdated, but room was clean, bed comfy and i could watch netflix on the TV. all facilities are close by walk, the centennial park is right in front was nice to go for a walk with dogs.

Clean, comfortable beds, centrally located, welcoming staff eager to assist, easy check in/out. Room well suited: coffee, mini fridge, MW oven, TV, free Wi-Fi, free parking, cafeteria and convenience store on premises.

The fact that it doesn’t have an elevator could be challenging for some folks when going to the 3rd floor.

Location was excellent. We were really close to the military base where our son lives

Sound proofing wasn’t very good. Whomever was upstairs woke up at 5:30 every morning and stomped around getting dressed. He also excercised at 9 every night for 45 minutes. Next time we will ask for the top floor

I like my stay, property is good, has restaurant and store on the spot, free coffee/ tea for guests. Clean room and bed, nice staff.

3 floors, no elevator. Was hard for me to bring my bags upstairs. No help offered.
