Their professionalism, warm hospitality, and attention to detail made me feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. In addition, I truly appreciated the hotel’s location—close to the city center yet offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge. The location was great, it was very close to my family’s place who lives in Porac. My mom sister’s my Aunt funeral. The food was okay it could be better like the food out in California especially for a high end hotel. The hospitality of the entire staff was amazing from the from entering, front desk, staff cleaning the room, Olive restaurant staff. Spa and gym staff. I had an appointment with Daisy for a massage excellent service from her. Overall it was excellent and fantastic, I will come back to this Hilton again.

cleanliness of the whole place, and most of the staff from the security, reception, attendants in Olive (restaurant), lifeguard have pleasing personalities & manners, all were accommodating & welcoming.

for me this is not a big deal, but needs to reach your attention i guess. during breakfast, one lady "chef" in black with curly hair, w/ eyeglasses passed by maybe thrice to arrange the dishes & pastry without doing/saying anything to me...unlike other staff who have smile on their faces & greeted every client. then a caucasian man happened to keep up on me while getting some pastry, this lady chef cheerfully greeted the caucasian man just beside me & since i am an oriental or filipino she did not bother to say hi or even smiled at me....its discriminatory!

The Breakfast was superb! The spread was elaborate and the food was delicious. The waitresses looked after us. Dean at the reception was super friendly.

On Jan 11 when we checked in and were already in the room we tried to contact the operator, dialed zero in several attempts but no one answered. Later that day probably when the shift changed, the operator was already answering.

It could have been better if the room assigned to us was on the side with a view of the hills and the lush greenery . Unfortunately we were given a room overlooking the parking lot. We are lovers of nature and I am an Ikenobo Ikebana professor who goes to Kyoto to hone my skills of Ikebana arrangement.

I like their bed and pillows, they’re so comfortable. The hotel is so clean and smells really good. Their staff are all friendly and accommodating. Though their breakfast buffet seems lacking in choices, but they really taste good.

Unfortunately, the room where I stayed had a busted table lamp and the mini bar was locked. Didn’t bother to request it to be opened coz I only stayed for a night but i think it shouldn’t be that way 😊 But over-all, I still enjoyed my stay.

Staff were very friendly. The hotel was lovely and clean, and the food was reasonably priced and delicious (we often got room service but didn't get to try the buffet).

It was a little far from other places in Clark. Lobby also had a cigarette smell, which is to be expected as the hotel has a casino.

Excellent menu for breakfast. The variety of choices to choose from that suits the individual craving was "GREAT". Great location as well.

The room cleanliness was excellent. Need to pay attention to some of the little things though. I had to tighten the shower door handle because it was coming loose. And need to pay attention to advertising. When I booked my room, I was given a choice of a river view or the mountain/pool view. Of course, I choose the river view. Only to find out that the river view is sort of a man made and next to construction site. I understand the construction going on due to continuing build and improvement. But I think it could've been advertised differently. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

I liked the activities available for the kids - the bikes and the karts. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Staff were very friendly as well. They made us feel very welcome.

Can't think of anything that I didn't like about the property.

Beautiful clean hotel with extremely friendly staff.

The only minor complaint is the food at the breakfast buffet was always cold, even for a buffet. It did have a great taste, but they could do better to keep it warm.
