We booked a superior double room and we were given a triple room so it was really big ! The room was perfectly clean, a lot of space in the bathroom, and I particularly enjoyed the free hygiene products : what an amazing smell !! Delicious breakfast with lots of options, sweet or salty !!

- Last time we were there, we had view on the river, so this time the view on the parking lot was less charming. - The remote of the TV was a problem. - The main real problem : for some reason there was a lamp really sticking out from the wall in the middle of the bed between the pillows. So, we hit our heads multiple times and it was difficult to sleep peacefully ah ah

Everything about this place was amazing, the staff, the room, the food, the security guard absolutely everything was fantastic. we arrived at 3 in the night and was helped by the hotels security and he was amazing even at 3 in the night. The staff was so helpful and made sure we had all the information needed as well as was comfortable. We had two rooms and both rooms was cleaned to perfection. Their gym/sauna/ swimming pool facilities was great as well. Breakfast was not huge but very tasty. 10/10 would recommend.

Once we got there, the main elevator was broken. During stay also second (Cargo elevator) was closed for maintenance. So it was uncomfortable with kids going up and down from the fourth floor. Also pool should be a bit warmer

Very nice staff, good location and parking in the backyard. Very good breakfast, even a chose of two different coffee roasts. 10 % discount in the restaurant

Shower was not perfect. A lot of water in the bathroom

Location is good, views ok. Restaurants offer nice variety of foods.

Sauna was disappointment - less than 60 degrees heat and only 1/4 of stones were hot enough for steam creation.

Very prompt email responses to booking queries. I arrived very late and staff gave precise instructions as to how to pick up my key on arrival. I was passing through Tornio and only stayed one night, so didn't get much of a feel for the facilities. But the location by the river was nice and the breakfast excellent. Good parking facilities out back, and a good range of local products available to buy at reception.

Room was quite small, but not a problem for just a one-night stay.

The staff was really hospitable and figured our group of 26 people a meeting room at night to gather up and spend some time together.

The breakfast wasn't quite what the group expected.

Spacious, clean and quiet rooms, good breakfast, close to everything, swimmingpool and gym!

Restaurant downstairs a bit on the pricey side, but good food.

Hotel is in the city center, by the river bank and near the border with Sweden. It's clean and quiet. Breakfasts are very good with huge choice of different foods.

Great location, nice staff, comfortable beds and good breakfast.

Bit loud when we when to bed, found out the next day that there was a carshow in town that weekend 🙃
