We loved this place, definitely a 10/10. The apartment was adorable, and you had everything you needed and then some. The host was excellent, and she tidied up your room on a daily basis, which was nice. She provides goodies and cheese and juices and water and so many extras. The garden area where you can sit was so pretty, especially at night. The bus stop is literally 50 ft away and takes about 15 mins to get to town, which was stunning, just a beautiful place to visit . But the dog Prato was the icing on the cake.. We took to him..I could say Pisa has our heart, but I think the dog has more of it.

Too much to mention actually. I would rate it 10/10 which I only do by exception.! Where to start? The apartment is very nice, quiet, clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The location is far from the city centre but has a good frequent bus connection to the centre. The hosts are very friendly, attentive and helpful people doing everything to make your stay comfortable. The garden is wonderful. The dog 🐕 Poeto is sooo sweet. 🥰 Love him.

There's nothing really I didn't like. However there is room for 1 little improvement ,so far as I'm concerned. It would be nice to have soft fluffy towels in the bathroom, instead of the more sturdy towels used now. Still even as is, I would rate this B&B 10/10 though. 👌

The room is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. Its location is also very convenient as there is a bus line just a few minutes away that takes you to the center of Pisa. In addition, there is a lovely garden in the backyard that you can enjoy. The breakfast is good, and the heating is adequate with air conditioning available (for non-summer months). Moreover, our host was very helpful and friendly, making the stay totally worth the money in terms of value.

It could be a little hard to get to the bed for people who are not young and physically fit. Additionally, while the room has a wonderful and nice firepit, it can sometimes emit a slight steel smell.

The property is really cozy with a big and beautiful garden. We enjoyed a glass of wine in the garden in the evening as it is a very pleasant and peaceful place! The bathroom is very modern and very clean, the entire house is very clean! The house owner changed the towels every day and made our bed 😊! Also she was refueling our breakfast every day with milk, yoghurt, cheese, croissants, orange juice, biscuits, coffee, corn flakes, tea, nutella and a lot of sweet things. Also the owner offered to help us with the ride back to the airport as we could not find any taxi available. Thank you very much for that!

A short suggestion: We would of preffered instead of so many packed sweet things just to replace all of them instead with a italian quality croissant as we found in town, traditional croissant filled with pistacchio or jam. That would be more appreciated. That is just my oppinion.

Everything was perfect! It’s very clean accommodation, lovely options for breakfast in the house, a friendly hostel, too easy to go the principal attractions in Pisa and a wonderful restaurant few minutes walk from the house.

We loved the style and decor of the property. Lara had thought of everything and offered some lovely food items for breakfast - along with a selection of teas and coffee. The wisteria was beautiful and we loved the 4K walk into town. Parking was free and 2 minutes from the property. We would love to return. Thank you so Lara.

The property is exactly as described and looks even better in person than in the pictures. It is super cozy and very clean with everything you need, including a kettle, espresso maker and modern bathroom. Great breakfast spread is included as well! The neighborhood is quiet and central Pisa is easily reached by bus or even walking. There is a big and convenient shopping center nearby and a great restaurant just around the corner. Would love to go back and couldn't recommend it more!

Absolutely stunning little place to stay. The little visits from Porto (the dog) was lovely. Breakfast was varied and great. Absolutely loved my stay!
